I stayed with my family in this Hotel from 12/3/12 to 14/3/12. Overall experience is very good. Very neat & Clean. Location excellent. Hotel Gopika at the ground floor serves very good food, chat & sweets. Excellent Taj View from roof top restaurant. Breakfast is OK(not very good.. Staff is co-opearative. Booking via travel sites are costlier. One can get...

Nice room but don't expect clean towels or the beds made up, the staff are pests and constantly phoning and knocking the door for the balance payment of your stay! The night staff look like they have been sleeping in the street they are that unclean. Order food from the restaurant and they send out to Macdonalds for it! and...

We were well treated by the rest of the staff, at other times of the day, but the night manager left me speechless. When I mentioned that we were wait-listed on a train to Varanasi, the night manager said there were other trains and flights, and I should speak with their travel agent. He dialed, and passed the phone to...

We stayed only one night at this hotel, so at the end it was not so bad. But the man at the reception was rude. When we arrived in our bedroom, I checked the bed sheets, they were not changed. I asked for clean one, and I had to put them one myself. The bathroom floor mat was very dirty,...

We stayed here for one night & were a bit apprehensive given some of the previous reviews. The hotel is set within the 4th floor of an office block, accessed via a short set of steps up to the lift. Entering straight into reception we had to wait a little while (people arguing that they had been overcharged) we were...

Happened to stay in this hotel on 15th Jan, 2012. Lot of intrusion by the staff into the room. The receptionist opened the door of my room when I was in my room with his master key and then falsely apologized, stating that it was unintentional. And then there was constant disturbance from the room service staff by name Badal,...

Having read other recent reviews we were dreading our stay here. However, our concerns were quite unfounded and we enjoyed a pleasant stay. We arrived very early, 6.30am direct from the station but the staff were very welcoming and accommodated us with drinks while our room was prepared. Within 30 mins we were installed and it was quite clean and...

For its category, pleasantly designed rooms with comfortable large bed. Bathroom needs some fixing and overall the room floors need to be properly cleaned. But good hotel with nice feeling especially in the morning, when we discovered that we had a (small) view on the Taj Mahal from our bedroom. What a nice surprise! Breakfast is served in room by...

We stayed in Agra for 3 nights, which was a little to long, and were a little sick of the big Indian cities. The room was good to relax in but the breakfast was terrible and because there was no place in the building to eat besides your room they barged in every morning which we found quite intrusive. The...
