Good points - Friendly staff Good breakfast Good air conditioning Bad points - filthy shower curtain and grubby bathroom ripped wallpaper and poor conditions in corridors Very poor quality bed linen No fridge in room WiFi in room not working Dinner was very poor:the rice we ordered was forgotten so by the time they got it to us we had nothing to go with it, the vegetable curry was full of fruit not veg and not nice at all, the black dahl was swimming in butter. By far the worst hotel experience during of Rajasthan.

Hi everyone. I was there to celebrate my 7th wedding anniversary and I feel glad to share that it was really a awsome and blissful moment. My special thanks to Mr. Yashweer and Ms. Jyoti for the arrangement and making my day memorable. They supported me a lot and all the staff were very supportive. The room was clean and super comfortable, very very friendly and helpful staff. They do everything to make the guest feel comfortable. They even let us check out late without any extra fee. I highly recommend this hotel in Gwalior.

Nice hotel in budget. Reception staff is quite co operative and helpful. Breakfast food is also good and service is also quite awesome. somewhere bathroom shawer is not too good. otherwise stay was good and we loved it.

The property has a continuous powercut. I had booked 13 rooms for my guests for a day from 1 o'clock at night till 5:30 in the morning there was no air conditioning in 8 rooms. On requesting them for a solution the staff at the reception misbehaved with us and said nothing can be done and also said unpleasant statements to my mother and myself. However we thought they might not charge or may be charge half for those 8 rooms but to our surprise they stated that it's not their fault. Itwas a technical issue. The whole staff including the owner shouted on us and said they will not return any amount from our payment. They also refused to give us the GST number and did not provided any bill to us at the time of check out which is against the law. Please do not choose to stay in this unreasonable property. We really apologize for the inconvenience caused. It is very harsh of you to state that the staff shouted on you even though you and your guests misbehaved with the staff and the owner as well. We tried everything to make you calm, but it difficult given the situation. I request to state the fact that we have refunded you a handsome amount twice as you had demanded on two different days. I am really sorry to say but, even after compensating as per your demand, the ruckus you had created at the property spooked other guests at the property and dented our reputation. There are situations that are beyond our control and this was a similar situation, we tried our best to resolve it as fast as we could, given the time of the fault. Ma'am you threatened the staff with your connections in the army and police and asked for documents such as GST number, PAN Card etc. which was rightly declined by the staff, as far as the bill is concerned it was duly provided by us to your family member who was there at the time of check out. We as a hotel reserve every right to protect the dignity of our staff and the hotel, the way you behaved with our staff with threats and blackmails in front of other guests was unacceptable, we did compensate for the problems but we do value our staff and do not tolerate such threats and bullying. I again would like apologize for the problems you have faced, we highly value our guests and it is very unfortunate for us as well that such a situation arose. Thank you
