It’s ok for overnight stay only and not for extended family stay. Room service is good but language problems may make communication difficult. Breakfast spread is very basic with not many choices are available. They offer lunch and dinner options also but we did not try them. Overall average experience.

The very best Home away from home. Superb location with mountain view. Best neat and clean rooms and polite staff. All are very gentle friendly and helpful. Food is fantastic . Mr Kanakesh is always ready to help. Overall the very best place to stay stayed from 24.4.23 to 27.4.23. Breakfast is complimentary and tasty too.

It's awesome hotel. We like the service of boy's especially Anup Sahoo. He was very cooperative knowing 12 languages. Room view from our balcony was awesome.We had Room number 212. Very fresh Rooms and clean. Safe for family. I had memorable moments through this Surya Village Ooty

This place in Ooty is good and okay. Location of hotel isn't that great. Rooms are clean but not much spacious. This place has restaurant also but its not that good. Food is okay and service in restaurant is quite slow. I had waited for almost an hour to get food. Overall its an average place to stay in Ooty and not that great. And price what they charged is quite high as compare to service.

The hotel is 500m away from Ooty-Coonor road, so it makes a perfect location from the city hustle/bustle and noise. The view from the room balconies is awesome, it directly faces the mountains.
Pros: 1. Great price for the quality 2. Very nice, spacious, neat and clean rooms with excellent room service 3. Small children's play area with swings, and couple of other rides. 4. Front desk staff is very courteous and very co-operative to hear to your needs 5. Nice wholesome breakfast complimentary with the rooms. Food was pretty tasty.
Cons: 1. Access from Ooty-coonor road, the 500m stretch is pretty bad. Roads should be re-done 2. Not much of Garden area for kids to play 3. Not ample parking as their buses are always parked on the main porche.
Overall a great deal as in peak season everything was booked

The Surya village , ooty is a very good venue for staying at ooty.we really enjoyed staying in this resort and it is wonderful experience. The facility and the Rooms are clean and food is really good. Best place to stay.
The staff is very cooperative especially Sanu and Venu. Special thanks to sanu. Approach road work is going on once it is completed it would be really great.
They arranged cab which is very affordable and the driver - David is really nice and he showed all the sites in the given time. Thanks David.

Had a good experience staying here... it is located on de ooty coonor road on the outskirts of ooty.. we were a group of 8 guys lookin for a dormitory like accomodation.. they dint ve one but gave us 2 rooms which re connected from de inside by a door which was actually way better.. de cost was also nominal as they provided us with complimentary breakfast as well..!! All de workers showed high levels of hospitality...! The rooms were also very neat n de location was calm n serene..! A good place to stay with family or friends..!

A very new very clean establishment. The rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. The staff have a very personalized touch and are very polite and professional. This is a new hotel and sure has excellent rooms and good views all around. I would definitely head back here when visiting ooty. The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good as well. The front office managers are all real helpful and friendly to deal with. I hope the standards are retained and this place remains as a stand-out destination in OOTY.

Hotel at good location, clean rooms,very hospitable staff .Hotel situated very close to main Ooty City. It would have been more great if pick and drop to Coimbatore airport would have been part of package. However if was very nice of hotel management to arrange for Ooty site seeing at very reasonable price.

All the facilities are as per expectation.Neat and clean...Good place if you want to stay away from noise and pollution.The only concern is the approach road to the resort .4 Km away from ooty bus stand.Nice place stay if you have own vehicle ... :)
