Very good hotel Breakfast delicious Best ambience and good staff Staff are polite Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the city skyline and easy access to local attractions. The staff at Mango Hill Shola is super courteous, helpful and supportive. We were travelling with an infant and the team at the restaurant made sure that we are comfortable as well as our infant. Food served is also good in taste as well as the spread in morning breakfast caters to most taste buds. General menu is slightly over priced though. Overall the property is well managed and all staff starting from receptionist, housekeeping, restaurant are polite and helpful. Firstly, the location of the resort is undoubtedly appealing; however, the condition of the road leading to the resort left much to be desired and impacted our overall experience negatively.
Upon arrival, I was informed by a member of your reception team that your property is relatively new, having opened just three months ago. The freshness and novelty of all aspects within the property were noticeable and contributed positively to our initial impressions.
The breakfast provided during our stay exceeded expectations with its impressive variety and satisfactory service. Regrettably, while my room was generally pleasing in terms of comfort and amenities, there were noticeable signs of insufficient maintenance such as marks and dirt on walls as well as permanent stains in the WC area. Additionally, paint seepage in the bathroom further highlighted a lack of proper upkeep.
An aspect that surprised me during my stay was a perceived lack of hospitality extended by staff members; there seemed to be minimal engagement from them with no active requests for feedback regarding our experience with regards to both accommodation and breakfast service.
Regarding reservation management processes; despite sending an email requesting confirmation for an extra bed which initially went unanswered until after making a follow-up call; subsequently discovering discrepancies between confirmed rates for an extra bed with breakfast communicated over phone conversations versus what we were charged upon arrival at your property.
During check-out proceedings there was minimal interaction from staff members which left me feeling underwhelmed by this aspect of customer service.
I also appreciate your initiative in providing glass water bottles; however it should be noted that these bottles lacked visible production/expiry dates and since it was colored water bottles, it was hard to determine whether the water was pure or not.
In conclusion, while acknowledging that your establishment is still relatively new with potential for improvement; it is crucial that focus be directed towards enhancing guest experience through attentive hospitality practices alongside sustained efforts towards maintaining product quality across all facets offered by your hotel.

What a disaster staying at a Hotel Which is new as others were not available on the days we were to Travel with our Grandson . Room allotted to us was with a good view and the next morning we woke up to no Hot water no one to attend and ultimately got hot water in buckets . Were out sightseeing came back in the evening many assurances all is good will get Hot water same disaster next day morning.Housekeeping man comes after umpteen calls and advices to wait . Waited and again Hot water in buckets. Called Goibibo they followed up with the Hotel . Missed my Gypsy safari at the Madumalai Tiger reserve as we reached late because of the Hot water fiasco. Evening my Room was changed to what the Hotel calls upgrade . The only saving grace was we had Hot water shower . The bathtub in this upgraded room can’t be used as the water flows under the bathtub and the bathroom is totally wet. Changed room to a stuffy boxed room can’t open the windows as too many insects and mosquitoes no Towels no Hand wash . wet bath mat which was not changed even after requested with the housekeeper . keep on calling for everything and even for as simple as drinking water.

The service was really amazing. The rooms were extremely comfortable and everyone was amazing. I want to shout out a soumya biswal and his amazing colleagues for the amazing time. Overall experience was nice, rooms were clean and really nice, just a small hiccup that geyser was not working on the checkout day and water was really cold. Food taste and quality was great however food options should be increased in Buffet Breakfast. Sangram, Soom, Savita and other staff were great in the restaurant and were very helpful.

The place is really amazing. The all staff, especially (soumya n biswal) are very kind and guest friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure that the Stay is comfortable. The resort was very clean and all the staff members, right from the security guard to house keeping person to manager, were hospitable. Kudos to the entire team The meticulous design seamlessly intertwining with the picturesque location was truly captivating.
