Stayed at Accord Highland Ooty for 2 nights in Nov 23. Property is located at a great location surrounded by mist covered valley. They have many games for kids and this it's a great place for families with kids. Enjoyed playing here with my son. They arrange for tea/ coffee and hot snacks in evening near this misty valley which is lovely experience in chilling weather of ooty. Food at restaurant is good and multiple options for breakfast. Rooms are spacious but appear aged since it's an old property and only a few of them have valley view . But what makes the difference in overall experience is the amazing service by hotel staff. Would like to specifically mention Mr. Manigandan who is always there to check for the needs of guests and makes them feel at home. All in all it was a great stay at this amazing place and we really enjoyed it.…

Great place to stay with family… we stayed there for two nights, I wish we could’ve booked our stay for 3-4 days . It was fun especially the engaging activities by Mr Sivakumar , the event manager. He was so friendly and he made sure that all the guests should spend memorable time there. The food was great . The place was so calm and serene. Will surely plan our stay again 😊😊

I recently had a wonderful stay at accord highland, imust say it's the best hotel with breath taking altitude location the scenic veiw were absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious, special mention to manikandan restaurant manager and team ,highly recommended for a memorable experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Accord highland hotel ooty. The affordable service was impeccable, and the authentic food exceed expectations. Me and my family recently stayed at Accord Highland Hotel in Ooty, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The stay was truly worth it, with spacious rooms and a delightful array of activities. The standout, however, was the delectable food and exceptional hospitality provided by Manigandan, the restaurant manager, and his team. Special kudos to Jithu and Aswin for their outstanding service. This experience made my stay memorable, and I highly recommend Accord Highland for a delightful and comfortable stay in Ooty.

Cottage I stayed in was beautiful and stocked with everything one would need. I was pleasantly surprised with how everything was. I had been traveling for a week around Tamil Nadu when I came to Ooty and stayed at accord highland cottages was best experience of all. Specially front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. To be specific Sanjeev sir. I would recommend anyone that come to Ooty should stay at accord highland cottages. Not in the Suprem room but the cottages.
