One of the best and most comfortable stays with family and kids that also within the heart of the nature and valley view, the receptionist and staff were all very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean, spacious, and service at one call. Parking was available and accommodation was offered to the drivers as well. The facilities were good like hot water, extra blankets, room food service, kids milk etc. Bonfire is available on demand and has charge which is worth the venue and your trip is full of fun here. Nature lovers paradise as it is away from crowd and is at the highest altitude also.

Nice location. Good size room with seperate sitting areA. Good services, Prompt staff . Good food at economical prices. The only thing I didn't liked was the bathroom. Though it was neat but with no shower. No soap in bathing area. Shower gel dispenser was placed at basin side . So was difficult. Geyser was too small ,with very little hot water. And the funny thing was ,it produces scary noise every time you open the tap . Little ammendment in the bathroom can give complete satisfaction to the client.

The Rooms, Front Desk, House keeping and Room Service was very good and the foods served were hot and tasty.

Nothing of hospitality here.. no drinking water in room. The restaurant is far away from rooms, and have to walk 200-300 meters uphill / downhill. Rooms are very compact…nothing great from what is charged. even after reaching Out, response was very slow.. the location is very isolated , but indications are there on the road.

The Cottage was absolutely breathtaking. I had wonderful view. The beds are comfy. The rooms are spacious. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Service was very good. On the down part, Wifi was not receivable in all the rooms and the Choices for TV Channels are very few.

Lack of internet facilities in the room meant that you spent a little more time in the interesting and characterful vaulted reception area. The room furniture and decor was old fashioned but was perfectly clean, comfortable and functional. The restaurant area was cramped relative to the reception area and its food although varied was average in quality. The staff were all friendly and efficient.

Good view and best location. I visited 2nd time after 15 years but hotel is still maintained well perhaps feeling more good, only rooms are away from main reception and restaurant, one need to climb too much. Food was good, breakfast charges Rs. 300 per person otherwise ala carte room dining was in good quantity with less rates. Big size rooms.

The room I stayed in was well appointed,Amenities such as the flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi were provided.
The quality of the food was consistently high, and the service in the restaurant was prompt and friendly.
My stay at Fortune Retreats was a delightful experience. The combination of stunning location, comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and excellent facilities made for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in Ooty with easy access to local attractions, Fortune Retreats is an excellent choice.

This was one of the terrible stay I had .net connection was very slow and the room Cleanliness was worser than a local village hotel room. I get locked outside the room and even after 20 Minutes after the call no body turned and I had to walk another 150 meters to reach their reception area No drinking water,tea powder sugar facility inside the room

Lovely place. Feels like a residential colony of the past. Very nice rooms with basic facilities and an awesome view. The restaurant serves nice food. Wish tandoor was also available, though. They arranged for sight seeing package and we were provided with an excellent driver who was very helpful and efficient. The only drawbacks seems to be the way to the hotel, which is bit uphill and narrow. However, that goes with almost all properties here and the view from the rooms is a big compensation for the roads :) highly recommended overall.
