Good points: - View from rooms - Cleanliness inside the room: however that is expected. Bad points: - Very less and dangerous parking space: whatever is available is very dangerous. - Staff misguides about parking because the dangerous parking space is closer to room: hence they dont have to make much efforts in carrying luggage. There is another parking space...

This place itself is a very nice place with spectacular ketti valley view. Irrespective of room type, you can enjoy the view if you take a little walk. All rooms are clean, nice and offers great privacy. Staffs are helpful. Wifi is only of average speed, but manageable to do an online booking. ambience 5 Location 5 Cleanliness and maintenance...

Resort was very nice and there were only few occupants when we visited and had lots of privacy. Food was yummy and the candle light dinner that they arranged was too good. Its close to the ooty railway station. We enjoyed the walk to the station and also enjoyed the train ride to coonoor from Lovedale station. As the name...

We went on a family vacation to Ooty during the summer holidays (august 2014). We stayed at a 2 bedroom villa which had a living room, and a kitchenette. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We have a special needs child who does not eat spicy food. We made special request to the chef to make food according...

If you are going to visit this place in the hot season when the rest of India is cooking and you are prepared to do some of your own cooking then you will probably like it. Unfortunately, we were there in December. It is very cold and the heater they give you barely takes off the chill. It is too...

During our vacation we stayed here for some short days, the hotel is little expensive but worth for its great view. It has a quiet environment and also with its view outside its really peaceful. A nice place to relax for a vacation.

We went in a very cold weather. The room was far from parking. We had to walk a lot in the cold to get to the restaurant or go out for a walk. Or even go to the car. Very uphill. No heater in the room the first night. Rooms are ok. Old style bathrooms and on and off electricity...

The view from the hotel is beautiful however it is not worth for 8.5k per room night. There was no food in the restaurant at the night. Room service is very poor. The hotel is located in the outskirts with very poor sign boards available. Rooms are decent. Overall ok

Location is excellent , but the hotels exterior looks old and even though they maintained the room neat and clean we can't see any four star quality in it. The restaurant is small , food is good but I'm very much doubtful regarding the value for the money.

Scenically located in the outskirts of chaotic Ooty, overlooking the serene bowl of tea plantations in the Nilgiri mountains, the resort hugs a steep slope. Definitely not suited for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Premium rooms face the valley and the deluxe rooms have no view at all. Food is basic but over-priced. Best to have own transport.
