1) Extremely poor service by them. 2) room furniture is like purchased by hotel second hand. 3) No restaurant, only room service which is very inconvenient to take dinner or lunch. 4) At this value much better options available.

Was put on the fifth floor. Lot of humming noise of ac vent. First day, i could not sleep. Then they shifted to 3rd floor, still noise was coming. Average stay. Nothing great. Staff could have been more courteous in asking for advance money.

Good Hotel right on the heart of City, right opposite to railway station. Meenakshi temple is in walking distance. Lot of autos available. Comfortable rooms and very attentive staff. Parking is a pain, but valet facility is available.

Stay was good, room size is large and neat rooms. Bathroom need little improvement, some bad smell coming maybe due to water quality it seems.Charge for early checkin and late checkout is really high. For 2 hrs they are asking Rs. 2000. Food is good even though rate seems little high when compared to other hotels in Madurai since food is really cheap and best in rest of the restaurants in Madurai.
