Very good stay Car parking is in hotels basement .Check in is very easy, it takes only 15minutes.Elevater is near the reception .We booked a deluxe room through MMT .Room is very spacious and lit by beautiful lights. There is a electric kettle , small refrigerator , a digit locker and a wardrobe in the room .There is centralized AC .bathroom is small and with a glass separation for bathing. There is also a hairdryer. Shampoo and soap are in wall attached dispensers .room service is very fast .Food is delicious (vegetarian). Booking rooms including breakfast is advisable .Staff is cooperative.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at the Astoria last summer. In the heat and bustle of Madurai, this was a little oasis of calm to come back to in the evenings. We were given a welcome drink on arrival and the staff were very smart, professional and attentive. We also had a complimentary dessert waiting in the room which was a nice touch! Room was nice and comfortable and quite cosy, bathroom clean and stylish. We used room service a few times which was also really good. It's well located, just on the edge of the town centre.

Ambience was so good. Food was tasty and presentable. Must try paneer manchurian and chicken items. Sixth floor top view of madurai was too nice and enjoyable. Anand and team did everything so well. We will visit next time for sure.
