We feel so lucky we choose Taj Gateway Madurai for a safe and serene stay in this vast, generously designed, lush green, Botanical Garden alike old British residency. Welcome to Home! .. thats how u get greeted by the GM Siddharth at Taj Gateway Madurai & rightly so! The personalized service & care is unmatchable. Be it Pandian or Subhasri at front desk who are always ready to walk that extra mile to keep the guests happy or even the F&B staff (Subhash & others) along with Manager Arul. Compared to my previous visit to the same property in year 2007, I could easily notice that things have chaged for better.. much better actually & it made me extend our stay :)

Though we booked it online and were a bit apprehensive, once we reached the property and checked into the room, it was unbelievable. It was an amazing experience altogether. Rooms, toilets, surroundings-each and every aspect was pleasing and left us satisfied. The greeneries, peacocks ; cordial staff etc - all perfect. It is not a hotel ; it is a fantastic resort. Palacial building with all modern facilities. Good restaurant; lawns ; overview of the entire city of Madurai; this property is well designed in the lap of nature. so so good !! Excellent !!
