The hotel is in the outskirts of the city. It has no restaurant of its own neither any proper eateries around.Very difficult food wise especially for North Indians.When asked to clean the room they said their mop is broken.Remained half starved during Ms.Jayalalitha's demise.

This is a new hotel, and it is located exactly opposite the famous Vinayagar Temple in Eachanari. There is an excellent restaurant next door (Hotel Vighnesh), which serves very good South Indian food. The rooms were very well appointed, and clean. They allow 24 hour checkin, and provide complimentary mineral water and wifi. They have cable TV with ~ 70 channels, mostly Tamil, but it did include a few Hindi and English Channels

They don't provide proper information during check-in. All the staffs who claim that they are the managers, booking assistant etc were simply sleeping and they just don't care about the customer standing in front of them. When enquired about the tariff, they have shown me a tariff board. I chose standard Non-AC INR 999. I mentioned in my booking too. But they gave me a double AC room. When asked about it, they said I can switch off the AC and continue using it as standard Non-AC room. But during check out on Day-4, they made me to pay for AC tariff, which is 1500 / day...Very horrible experience with full of illiterate / half minded staffs. No one understands their mistake and are not willing to listen to my voice during check -in & check-out as well. Please be careful, if you are coming here.

2nd time I visit Coimbatore on the purpose to attend meco training. The hotel recommends and openly advertised a restaurant near by as there is no restaurant at the hotel. When food was over at the restaurant the hotel refuses to take any blame and blames it on us for going to that restaurant. Hotel staff are friendly ONLY WHEN THERE IS NO PROBLEMS.
ROOM: we called and and booked a hotel room well in advance but still they made us wait for 15 miniutes for a room as “no room was available”
Our room was (and is at the time of the review) 307, which was freshly painted stunk of paint.
No shower curtain in the shower floods the bathroom and a broken cupboard makes putting items in the cupboard a pain
And finally an ineffective a/c makes my second stay forgetful
Only stay here if you have work nearby STAY AWAY OTHERWISE
Note potato was empty at the restaurant that the hotel parades about.

They provide Amazing Hospitality. Affordable prices. One of the best within 10km radius. Just opposite to the famous Eachanari Vinayagar Temple. They have got parking facilities in that busy place. You can get quality food from the Vignesh Hotel which is adjacent to the Residency. They also provide high speed wifi to the customers. Loved the atmosphere and neat and clean rooms. I have stayed here twice and I had wonderful experience from the staffs and services.

We stayed in the above hotel for two nights as my son was participating in IRCA nitro buggy championship near to this hotel.It was recommended by one of the friend.
It is clean and neat service was very good,But it doesn't have a restaurant attached.
They take order and bring from out side it was Ok.Price was little higher side as it is 10km from the city.
