Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The hotel is one the good budget hotels you can find in R S puram. It is quiet clean as compared to other hotels. However they are short staffed and majority of staff is inexperienced. Even small requests take a long time due to that. One guy venkat is holding the show togather. He is ever smiling and happy to help.

A quiet and calm hotel in the Oyo category. Reception was good. No visitors allowed in the room. Spacious room. Television services were poor. Housekeeping people were also good. As in Oyo only one of two vegetarian foods are allowed for breakfast.

Had stayed for a night with family. The room was well furnished and clean. However mosquito menace was doing the damage. The hotel is in market area. Not sure of the room service as the stay was short. The restaurant is too small with 4 tables Buffet breakfast is good. They need to keep someone to ensure that the food stuff is readied for the customers. You have to wait and remind them to fill in the baskets of Idly, Puri and Dosa.

I booked this hotel online through cleartrip and I got a shock when I arrived there. The hotel staff couldnt even retrieve my booking and they said they dont even have my booking. And more than that, the staff Venkat was also unprofessional and giving me explanation like asking me to check his computer on the rooms, instead of resolving my problem. He instead offered me to stay at another hotel which was not convenient for me and I didn't accept it. And when I called cleartrip they said that the hotel hasn't updated their inventory and thats why it showed up online as available, and even had to wait there for one hour calling customer care back and forth and resolving the issue to cancel and refund. After arriving to check in and take rest my whole afternoon was ruined and it was a horrible experience. I will never try to book this hotel ever again and would advise anyone not to fall trap here.

Book this hotel and you will the the shock of you life. I booked this from #goibibo and I got a messed up room to stay. Booked a hotel - Checked in today at 1 pm. Bedsheet dirty, pillow without pillow covers, no soap in washroom , no bathing towel, no assistance for luggage. Booke a king bed, got twin bed. When asked to change the inappropriate things at the reception,they say you have booked a discounted price, if u have a problem you can leave. What the hell...! I mean I never heard of such a behaviour. This hotel is certified Go stay. Here are the booking details. At helpline of Goibibo, they say sir we will ask the hotel.

Hotel and hotel room was absolutely comfortable. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Manager helped us with places of shopping which became very much easy for us to shop to our heart content. Hotel is situated in the heart of city and one has many options of eating nearby. Value for money

The worst hospitality experience ever at grand gunas. The entire hotel is a cheating hub, including the manager, Murali. Food is horrible, dirty rooms and they don't have a fixed tariff too....they loot anybody based on appearance. In short, its a looting den. All visitors beware of this hotel. Don't ever pay an advance amount to this hotel. There are plenty of good hotels around at half the price. Its a surprise how authorities are allowing such cheats to loot visitors so openly. Its high time that such licences are cancelled so that some faith remains in online hotel bookings.

Unprofessional Staff. Poor management. Unless the staff are willing to change their approach towards the guests, one cant have a decent stay here. The front desk has a staff who doesn't even know how to retrieve booking status and whether a guest has paid through online for his intended stay. Waste of money.

Excellent family hotel. Very decent and centrally located. Room is very comfortable with all amenities. The service is very nice. Even good for business people as hotel location is very good. The food is fine.
