This place is really good in terms of ambiance and room quality. But, they should definitely improve their service to retain customers. I got a call for ordering the breakfast(free breakfast) and they took down the order at 8:30 am. Around 10:20 am, I went to the reception and asked about the breakfast order for which they replied ' Sir, We tried calling you but you din't pick the call for breakfast order.' To which I replied that I actually gave them the order and they took it down. The reply was ' We must have missed your order. Kitchen is closed now.' Very unprofessional and they did nothing to compensate for the same. I had to order outside again at 11:00 am for brunch. TERRIBLE service. They actually added the bill for FREE water bottle and after asking about the same, removed it from the bill. BAD service. Good quality room.…

Rooms are spacious. Customer care is great. Food quality is poor. Property is great inside but from outside it is difficult to call it a hotel. USP is great service, friendly staff. Cleanliness needs a little more attention.

A lovely room - spacious, clean and modern. The staff were a bit distant, but I suspect they don't get many western visitors here. Breakfast was included in the price. The first day was crushed cornflakes with sugar and warm milk, mmmm, ok. The second day was masala omelette with toast, wow, nice. The location is a bit remote but easy enough to get around by rickshaw. Local eating options are very limited. Recommended just because it is good value and quiet.

It was a great place to stay with family. It was a brand new hotel with great interiors!!! They provide Iron box, printouts and all require amenities. There is no pantry service yet we can order from outside. The food was ok. There is a mall next to the hotel where you can shop. Since I was near the helpdesk I could call them for any assistance.

we stayed there for 2 nights in coimbatore. We just walked in and checked the price . They offered me a very good price.We happy to see the rooms are new and compact. Value for money. Since it's a small hotel, you will be closley watched and the staffs took care of you in all the way. We will surely stay in next time also

We travelled coimbatore at feb 5th we booked room via justdial they explan the route easily.They have very big rooms and they give nice service. The room service guy senthil served well, totally staff are very friendly. we enjoyed our stay.
