We were recommended this hotel by a Holiday Inn, Ooty Travel desk exeutive. The hotel is one of the finest hotels in Coimbatore and located nearby prominent market area. My wife and I checked in to this hotel for a day while returning from Ooty. The hotel rooms were clean and nice. Interiors and overall standard is of a good 3-4 star hotel. Dosa-sambhar was amazing in taste. The hotel has wi-fi internet available which can be used by paying Rs 100/hr. We bought sweets from Shri Krishna Sweets and dress material from Machveer’s, something I recommend to do in Coimbatore. The weather of Coimbatore in the last week of Jan 2009 was not cold. Woolens are not required. It is a decent hotel with cordial staff and recommended for short stays.

My family and I stayed here on a stopover through India. The hotel was mediocre, but better than we expected. Service was excellent, but the rooms and bathrooms were dated. Restaurant service was very slow. Food was average. This hotel is OK for a quick one night stay; anything more than that and I'd stay elsewhere.

I stayed there with my wife and two boys.Somehow my travel agent got our dates mixed but the Hotel manager was great and understanding enough to slog and find us a room.Another instance during my stay was that my elder boy fell ill and threw up during his breakfast, the waiter at hand and a chef who i believe was in-charge of the dosa came forth to help out.It was heartwarming as the waiter stood there and changes my boy's plate which as filled with vomit without any qualms while the chef massage his forehead.Great job guys.This one hotel that really impressed me much.I just felt bad that i could not express my thanks to these guys.

It is not a very big hotel with limited facilties -more of a business hotel and eventhough I was on leisure travel, I will have to say that my family's stay there was very warm and good service. Stayed there one night and then went up to Ooty and on my way back we ensured that we stayed in the same hotel. (that's how good it was). Had problems with my laundry and later found out that it was my mistake but the manager (Ramesh) kept on apologising to me.Will definitely stay there in my next visit to Coimbatore.
