Room is good But the staffs are not helpful They treat foreigners well in first place. we are just second or third. Even the foreigners are treating as well compared to this hotel. No help, when we asked to help on our flat tyre. to help with the luggage, we had to wait for 1 hour

Mr. Kartik is cooperative. Rooms were also good. Service good, but a too slow. Hot water was available only in the morning. We had to ask for many things, which were already listed in the amenities and those should have been made available before asking.
