Far away from the hustle bustle of the city, this place provides a good holiday experience. The Food is REALLY YUMMY! Do try the biryani made by them. The rooms are pretty big and clean. Being a country club property it is situated in forest area so you need to reach there before 8 pm else the entry closes. Not a lot of rooms but big property with lot of place for recreation. There is a waterfall nearby which can be visited. There are no phones in the room to ensure that you come out of the comfort zone and see around the place. A nice place all in all. Service can be a little better. Only the kitchen staff interacts mostly with the people.

Absolutely at the outskirts of coimbatore. This resort is located after amrita & Narayana guru colleges.
Ofcz, the roads are well laid and clear direction markers make us easy to reach the spot.
1- decent room with beds pillows and bedsheets. 2- size of room is bigger ( even, 7 can be accomodated with extra beds) 3- good and tasty food. 4- amenities are plenty ( swimming pool; tennis court; volleyball play area; lawn; indoor games)
1- toilet needs extra care.( just average) 2- amenities could still be maintained better.(example-proper nets for tennis; proper TT bat+ ball;)
** excellent service rendered by the staffs ** campfire with music is the best part of our stay ** definitely , the amenities provided are very worth and no black points.
**** "don't miss the small trek where You could get into a mini waterfall."

26 kms away from Coimbatore city; nearest shop 7 kms away; middle of a jungle; no mobile connectivity (except near the restaurant); only 2 buses in a day to take you to the city. Wow, as remote as one can get. The rooms are spacious, but they could do with some repainting. The lawns are beautiful and you can relax there. Only connection with the outside world is the television in the room. And it is up to you to keep it shut. The restaurant serves wonderful, tasty food and at very reasonable prices.
Advice - go there for a couple of days, relax, eat and be merry

Nice experience….the airy room….staff is so good…all the staff members are polite as well as loyal. The kids zone is very nice. …………………………it’s in the lap of nature enveloped with fresh air……nice tasty food nice experience

The hotel is in a great spot at walayar with pleasant atmosphere filled with natural views and calm environment. Service, Hospitality, food, accommodation is good. Good spot for Business, family and couples.

I visited this property in May just for an overnight stay (when I was travelling from Kodaikanal and moving forward to Bandipur).
Property: Very far from Coimbatore we have to touch Kerala border and take u turn to reach there. Huge property but waste.
Room: the room allotted to us was not up to mark. AC was not working; bathroom was stinking badly as if when one enters it would vomit. I complained but nothing was heard, there were all red ants coming out of bathroom and spreading all across our room, which I escalated but the attended came pore some drops of liquid with which they settled and again after some time was coming out. Our room was not changed.
Food: whatever I eat there my stomach got upset and I vomited twice that night. Not up to mark. After having apple juice at night I was feeling uneasy, definitely not hygienic.
Swimming pool: Not that clean.
I was shocked to see this property of CC.

We stayed here for two nights. This is located in an isolated place and you need to have a car to reach. There is a check post which do not allow vehicles late evening unless it is an emergency. The rooms are badly maintained and the lights to the rooms are dim. As there were less occupants, we were able to choose the rooms. We chose the best of the worst. All the walls are coming off, bathroom has seepage and some rooms geysers don't work. They are trying to maintain it. Wifi works at the reception but signal was weak and phone networks too. Swimming pool water though cleaned regularly as informed looks dirty, and the chairs surrounding lacks maintenance.
The good part - 1. Food is good and they cook only when we order due to less occupancy 2. Staff is warm and friendly and when asked for anything they provide it with a smile 3. Carom, chess and snooker can be played but the room has a smelly odor 4. There are pet animals - cow, duck, turkey and we found the humming bird - smallest bird in the world. Fortunate to see here. 5. Kids play area is ok but again lacks maintenance 6. The volleyball court is nice but again the area surrounding is not neat
This property is not worth for a Tripadvisor review but due to the good part giving a 2 rating. Country Club has this resort in a very good location and if maintained well, can be a star property.

Stayed in this so called resort of country club in may for a night mainly during transit. its located in middle of nowhere, pretty much away from coimbatore. though the location ain't bad, but the forte of country club hotels is their very POOR maintenance and this so called resort leads the race. Its filthy believe me. and if u will stay for a long time you will pick some disease from there for sure. good part of the hotel is that the staff is positive especially a guy called shek. but guess these guys are helpless due to non availability of maintenance funds. the bathrooms are unhygienic and stinking and u are afraid to touch even the tap... the play area is full of filth and cat / dog crap lying everywhere. the restaurant is like a roadside dhaba. the food is very oily but ok to taste and cheap (no other option there).. the pool area and room is like a dirty water hole.
the so called resort has everything but in filth!!!!! it can be converted into a wonderful place if the country club wants ... but they will never do it as their policies are different...
if at all i share the pis of this place.. am sure trip advisor will delete them from their site. lol
actually I am yet another victim of country clubs and sadly became a member unknowingly due to their hidden policies so i had to stay just to make up my losses... but anyone else other than the members please dont try to do this fiasco of staying there.

We had visited this resort a few days ago ... the stay was nice at this resort. This resort lies in the outskirts of the hustle-bustle of the city of Coimabtore it is an ideal location for weekend getaways . Senior citizens can also visit this place as this resort hass its rooms on the ground level.The food is very yummy ... Non-veg eaters must try out butter chicken for sure . The swimming pool was cool and has awesome natural surrounding with sweet sound of the birds. The hotel also has a wonderful collection of different kinds of birds. My lil sister enjoyed playing in the kids area a lot .. I will always wish to visit this resort one more soon...

a budget location can be easily reach there because of near to coimbatore about 23kms. the food taste is very good but service is very bad no proper organisation or cleaning.the dinning hall is very small can be seated only 20 members at a time. when u go as group more than 30 members kindly bargain to get maximum discount. the small water falls a mile away is very nice location the pool and garden is very small need to have proper maintenance.
