I had conducted my son’s Welding Reception at 0 by Tamara during the last week of April 2024. We had close to 300 guests attend the function and some of our close relations had stayed at the hotel for a couple of days too. My overall experience right from the time I went there for an enquiry till I settled the final bill the next day morning after the function, was just stupendous. Every individual I interacted with at the Hotel was to very helpful and courteous, be it from Sales, or Operations, or F&B or even the Security at the gates and the entrance to the hotel. The feedback I received from the guests was that the function was 'class'. The food served was simply delicious and post the function so many of the guests appreciated the spread, the taste and the quality of food served. The Hotel had arranged for two sets of food counters to ensure there was no crowding and it was very well managed. The entire team including their GM, their Operations Manager and their Chef was there on the floor during the function to supervise and ensure everything was taken care-of and nothing slipped. My close relations who had stayed over were also very appreciative of the Hotel rooms. In fact they have a number of configurations and I found the family room to be spacious, well laid out and very pleasant; and all of the rooms were brand new. It really was a wonderful experience for my family and friends and I would like to sincerely thank the team at O by Tamara for making the experience so very memorable for us.

Exemplary standards of hospitality!! A great example of a good property delivering excellence through the efforts of its staff working as one unit collectively. The security, front office, restaurant and housekeeping teams work in great cohesion and in a synchronised manner leaving you delighted. The quality of food across multiple cuisines is par excellent with a unique focus on freshness and authentic flavour. I may miss a few names or spell some names wrong but Vijay the manager, The front office team Parthasarthi,Bineesha, Deepansha, Sherin and others made it a very special experience. The restaurant and In room dining teams of manager John, Chefs Veera and Lawrence, service team of Balaram, Sadha, Tousif,Pranab, Ayush, Nitika, Pratiksha, Lutherin,Saran, Sarat all deserve high praise for the customer experience delivered. The housekeeping team of Ajinth and others were simply superb too sparing no effort to make you smile. Overall, it was simply a delightful experience thereby setting new standards for the hospitality industry in Coimbatore.

I am a fan of this hotel! The best stay of my life, from food to the staff to the amenities, can't compliment this hotel enough. Loved everything. The food here is so yummy we just couldn't stop eating. So many varieties in the breakfast buffet there was something for everyone and if still someone needs something extra it would be prepared and served. The staff here is wonderful, front desk was always available to help and guide us through our entire stay and the housekeeping staff was so polite and friendly, they provided us with everything even without asking. The in house dining menu was so vast and tasty, we never went out to eat anything else. Coming to the rooms - I just have no words other than extraordinary. Every single thing is the same according to the pictures provided on the booking site, lastly the help staff / security / luggage handling staff greeted us with a big smile everytime we met them! what an amazing beautiful experience this hotel was. We were so sad while leaving, cannot wait to come back. Kudos to y'all!

Actually I have planned a candel light dinner to surprise my husband on his birthday. Really well planned by Mr sreekuttan srinivasan very politely describing the setup and how it is going to be . from the car park till the table greeted us well with the flower and then capturing photos etc they have setup a table in a roof top pool side well lit candles and good music . Special mention to Mr Kamesh the chef who showed us a live salad preparation it was really enjoyable. Specially curated menu really delicious and taste was top notch .table service was excellent and special song dedication by Mr Prajwal to us made us the day . Very good hotel, very good staff, safety and security and service and hospitality very good. Food is very good. Very good ambiance. Pleasent stayed. Very good for business trip as well. I stayed for three days. Everyday room was cleaned properly and finds everyday some creative art from towel and greetings.

We stayed in O by Tamara for 2 weeks in June 2024 and our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.
We booked the Elite Family room which is very spacious for a family with 3 children.
The entire Tamara team is very friendly and they keep checking with us whether we are doing good and they are ready provide any additional food or services required.
Chef Mr Lawrence helped us to prepare Porridge and Masala milk (with Turmeric powder, ginger and pepper) for children who got cold and cough.
We enjoyed food in O Cafe restaurant and also in-room dining. Mr John and his team is so kind and always ready to provide customised food. Lakshmi from the in-room dining always ready to provide the requested food even late night.
Whenever I request Transport they are always ready to provide transport even for a long journey. I would like to thank drivers Mr Rajkumar, Mr Ravikumar and Mr Mari for taking care of all our travel requirements.
I would also like to thank Mr Partha Sarathi, Ms Sadhikshya and the team for the surprise cake when we check-out the hotel.
We will always stay in O by Tamara whenever we visit Coimbatore.

You will be amazed from an entry point with security checks, door assistance, luggage screening, check in process, rooming and until the delivery of luggage in room. Staff were excellent and courteous. Restaurant- Food and service was awesome. Prashant from reception, John and Rohit from restaurant, Sushila from housekeeping was awesome. I have missed few girls names one was from reception. Duty manager and John was attentive in restaurant. Best hotel

Overall stay was extremely comfortable. House keeping team Ashin and Siju are very courteous and shown lot of hospitality. Their service standards are amazing. Extremely quick and quality service. They are very agile. Food was too tasty. Entire team in the dinning took special care and made us very homely. People right from security, reception, dinning housekeeping etc, the whole team deserves lot of appreciation. Wheel chair was provided for May father and every one took special care. Thanks to all.

I had decided to surprise my partner with a special dinner on her birthday. I'm glad to have picked O by Tamara for the venue for it was truly an experience to cherish. Right from a warm welcome and a birthday wish by the team which included Mr. Aditya and Chef Barani among others to a specially curated menu that I had requested to match her taste. Chef Kamesh took utmost care in preparing all the desired dishes which looked appetizing and presented them wonderfully with a brief description. We thank Mr. Abdul for taking care of our table. We were impressed by the hospitality of the staff and touched by the team's own effort to present a lovely song for us which was performed by Mr. Prajwal. A special mention to Mr. John and Mr. Sreekuttan for keeping in touch constantly, updating me and helping to plan the surprise every step of the way.
