Stayed for a month at iKon at Annaporna. Very good service. Reasonably priced, the laundry service is very good, the housekeeping staff is always seen cleaning. Never saw any member of the staff idling away their time. At the same time all of them were always courteous and helpful. The front desk is always ready to help you with any and all requests. Most importantly, everyone was patient with the guests and their varied requests. The bell men are efficient in getting the guests to their room and guide them on various activities. They keep reminding you to watch out for the steps and assist you with your luggage. While checking out, the housekeeping staff go to check that we have not forgotten anything in our rooms. They found that I had forgotten my adapter and brought it down for me. Having had to stay there for a month, I had the opportunity to notice all of the staff. The iKon is a smooth running hotel all thanks to it's staff. All of them deserve a sizeable bonus for working as a team and not dropping the ball. The owners of this establishment have a great team working for them.

This is my second visit to Hotel IKON Coimbatore. My earlier visit was with my family in December 2021 and my current visit was work related. On both occasions, the stay was very pleasant, comfortable and memorable. The rooms are well designed with modern fittings. The complimentary buffet breakfast has a reasonably good spread, and the food is tasty. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city is a big plus point.The staff of the hotel are very courteous and professional, and they have been putting in their best efforts to make the guests feel comfortable.
My thanks to Ms.Akila for helping with the cab booking for my travel within Coimbatore. She was very patient while handling last minute changes, and she ensured that the cabs arrived on time. Her dedication is very much appreciated. I would also like to thank Mr. Aravind, Mr.Manikandan and Ms.Akila for helping me with the booking process. In spite of requesting a room at short notice, they were able to cater to my personal preferences. And my thanks to the all the other staff members whose names I cannot recollect but whose contribution was equally important in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
The building houses two restaurants - Annapoorna and Kove. While Annapoorna is a famous vegetarian restaurant in Coimbatore which serves south and north Indian food, Kove offers multi-cuisine vegetarian fine dining options.
Overall IKON is a great place to stay for family as well as business travellers, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

It was a great pleasure staying at Club suite in the 6th floor of IKON Hotel of Annapoorna in the last week. This property is in a prime location of the city. The room is spacious and spick and span. The day time hill view through the big glass window of the room is awesome and night view is also superb. Very comfortable bed and Sofa is provided. The bed linen are of very high quality. AC vents also fixed well in comfortable direction, not directly blowing towards to bed and sofa as usually seen in other hotels. The room interiors are of superior quality and of standard color too which I am very concern about for my stay. Basic toiletries made available are of good quality, also the bathing towels and hand towels are very neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast offered is pretty decent and nice food of variety. Also the restaurant at 1st floor is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed my weekend well. It’s my first visit and I had a wonderful experience at IKON. Every staff member encountered were professional, delightful and eager to help. I would like to appreciate their quick and dedicated services. A very well managed hotel which reflects its quality in everything. Their multi car rotary parking system which assure the safety of our car when parked. I will definitely stay there again. And never miss the KOVE Restaurant at 2nd floor during your visit. A premium vegetarian restaurant with very good service which guarantee you yummy dishes. A bit expensive at par with its standard, but really worth. Just can’t make out from any corner of the building that this is an upgraded building. So diligently designed and so beautifully done.

Stayed in IKON Annapoorna on 3 occasions over the last 2 months. When I first checked in during April, I was simply amazed by the complete makeover of the hotel lobby, rooms, bathrooms and service levels without any which way compromising on the legendary Annapoorna hospitality. I have been staying in Annapoorna over the last two and half decades and feel very happy to see this kind of much needed renovation and complete makeover. Be it the front office or room service or the house keeping, the service levels were top notch and no complaints whatsoever. Both the Executive and Club rooms are spacious and it's maintenance is extremely good. Suitable for family, business and Solo stay. My special mention about General Manager, Mr Nijo Augustin who made me more comfortable with his warmth and smile . He was always there to accomodate any special request of mine. He along with Manager Mr Joe Mathews and the entire team were extremely helpful.
With the famous Annapoorna Restaurant attached to the property, you have a dream combo of excellent Stay and Food options and right at the heart of the city. What more you need.

We stayed for 9 days in Ikon Annapoorna and surely it was very homely and welcoming.
The front of desk team are very helpful and the Manager Mr Joe Mathews always does more than his duty to make each guest comfortable. Special mention needs to be done of the room attendant Nandu whose creativity adds another dimension to this space which will be much sought after.
The only suggestion if I may is to handle the food resteraunt where the service could become more restrained and not overbearing

IKON is one of the best places in Coimbatore to stay, with friendly staff, excellent room service and housekeeping and kind and helpful front door staff. Everything just keeps getting better and better through out our stay. Nijo the GM is very friendly and very helpful with all our enquiries and arrangements. The food is delicious and we enjoyed the delicious variety of the complimentary breakfast and also the in-room dining. The front door receptionist are very friendly with the smile on their face especially the front door staff Saathaya and Prabhu were very friendly and helpful and always remembered us. Also our house keeper Nandhu was such a lovely person and a great house keeper. The restaurant staff were very helpful too. We absolutely loved our stay for two weeks. We cant wait to come back next year again.

The stay was very nice and rooms are beautifully done up with top of the line amenities in the room provided for the value of money charged. Indian meal, specially South India Cuisine are excellent. Total Veg Hotel, which is the best part. Coming to the service, House keeping staff very polite and kept our room very neat and clean. But the disappointment comes when we had invited a friend for Breakfast and the treatment given by the team was extremely rude, specially from JEEVAN, who felt we were outsiders and there is no entry beyond 1000hrs. We did enter the restaurant at about 0950 and we had guest who is extremely close to your Chairman and he spoken to the Chairman's office also on the same. It was a insult that we faced from the Restaurant manager, we are now closed and no orders will be taken beyond 1000hrs. It was rude and he mentioned the kitchen is closed. We did mention to him due to rain and traffic there was a delay for our guest reaching the hotel and also the parking problem faced.
Second is the extreme rude behavior of your front office staff named DURGA and we been in hospitality industry, cannot except such behavior.
Rest the hotel staff are good and to mention the lady inlobby area who maintains the cleanness of both the lobby and Toilet areas, always busy with her work and ever so smiling and obliging. Her name is Jayshree

An exceptional hotel for its price, deeply emboying the principles that have made the Annapoorna group an institution in Coimbatore. As a hotel, it is modern, spotless with high quality furnishings, comfortable bed and shower, all of which one would expect in a 5 star. So, tremendous value for money. Service was very good, and besides the standard Annapoorna restaurant, it has "The Cove", a fine dining vegetarian restaurant with an international menu. Having travelled all over the world, I was surprised at the quality of the food here. All in all, its a top notch hotel. If I am nitpicking, then there is no masala tea, or even normal tea as its full of milk, and one of the juices at breakfast had sugar in it, but then its the same everywhere else in Coimbatore, so its not really a criticism. The hotel provided extra chairs so that my team and I could meet and have training in my executive room. Despitebeing a vegetarian establsihment they allowed guests to bring in non-veg items and even provided disposable plates/cutlery. This to me is exceptional service. I would recommend that they move to filtered water and do away with bottled water. Overall, highly impressed and the general manager Nijo Augustin runs a tight ship. Well done to all!

The hotel is quite impressive and on par with the industry standards. They did a good job in keeping the rooms well cared for and handled. Their staff members are polite and maintain a professional attitude. The thing that impressed me the most is that I stayed for a total of two days and the checkout time is usually during noon, but then my flight was in the evening/dusk and they were kind enough to extend my checkout time by approximately 2 hrs at no extra cost which only a few other hotels do. One problem I had was that the room offered to me had a bad view from the window so it felt a bit suffocating due to the building right outside. I have found my favourite hotel in Coimbatore and will choose this place the next time I come here as well.
