Simply awesome team. Began with pre-booking of 3rd party cab pick-up from airport. Font service desk staffs Bruno and Mani whom assisted with issues ranging from room to daily taxi bookings to laptop wifi connections to anything, you name it and they got it covered hassle free. Breakfast lounge team were awesome in serving our needs. Bar staffs were tremendous. Room service was prompt and crisp. I have no qualms nor regrets in choosing this hotel for my stay. Excellent place to stay. Excellent food and rooms were well maintained. Good support from housekeeping .kove hotel cuisine and ambience was excellent. Car park is on opposite side but valet parking is available

The hotel is quite impressive and on par with the industry standards. They did a good job in keeping the rooms well cared for and handled. Their staff members are polite and maintain a professional attitude. The thing that impressed me the most is that I stayed for a total of two days and the checkout time is usually during noon, but then my flight was in the evening/dusk and they were kind enough to extend my checkout time by approximately 2 hrs at no extra cost which only a few other hotels do. One problem I had was that the room offered to me had a bad view from the window so it felt a bit suffocating due to the building right outside. I have found my favourite hotel in Coimbatore and will choose this place the next time I come here as well.
