Neat rooms with elevator facility.. Room service also good.. Located at the centre.. The only thing i hate was the manager or receptionist attitude.. Customers are paying and staying there.. You are not providing free accommodation.. Except him all the other employees were polite.. Better if the management train him on tat..
Booked 2 rooms after reading the reviews and mainly because of the location. My family was looking for a night's stay near the airport and we booked it 1 week before the date of the stay. On reaching the hotel, did we realize how unprofessional the manager was. First of he was hell bent on getting the form filled before showing the room. Then he didn't send any help (Bell boy) to get the luggage. Third, we had booked two rooms, one of which had stain marks on the bed and the bathroom was stinking like an unclean public toilet. When confronted the manager about it, he stated that since we paid less, that's what we will get. We had already booked the rooms so there was no choice, but to stay for the night. I wouldn't recommend this place to any family, after this terrible experience.…
A small hotel with reasonable facilities and a safe basement parking!!!!! Rooms are really tiny but comfortable. We took 2 rooms for a night and the stay was unremarkable. Breakfast was a big downside for this property. The dining hall was not clean and uninviting with even the staff displaying a careless attitude. Has to demand every single thing and after some resistance they served even the basic items.
The place is located very to the airport and it took us around 7 mins to reach there. The rooms are small but are well maintained. There were other options available that were closer to the airport but we were glad we chose to stay here. The complementary breakfast provided was surprisingly very good with 4 dishes on the menu. The only downside was lack of dining options in the night. We reached there at 10:30 and we were told that the restaurant had closed. Also there were no options for online food delivery as all the hotels had shut down by then.So people who wish to stay there should either reach there before 10 in order to have food at the hotel or should have already made arrangements to have food.
For the price bracket that's offered it's a good place to be at. The rooms are basic and comfortable. The washrooms are clean. The staff is responsive and polite. Breakfast is provided but please do not expect a huge spread of the same. All authentic South Indian stuff but tasty. Those with a low budget point can have a good stay here. The only thing a hotel of this capacity should do is to get rid of their 12 noon check in policy. It does not go at all with the offered price point.
