As the brand , so is the service. They are extremely well versed with quality and keeping up with their customers. Prices are little high but the quality comes with the price. It is an exquisite place for weddings and other occasions. Rooms are spacious with beautiful interior. The staffs at the hotel are great they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Being a regular guest the check in process was smooth as usual. I have been always welcomed by Mumtaz, Hari, Prem they always treat me as a family member which makes me come back again

I was looking for a hotel to stay after attending Mahashivratri. This was one of the few hotels which allowed 25 hr checkin wherein I checked in as early as 7AM and checked out next day at 8AM. Normally other hotels you would end up booking for two nights instead of one. Hotel is very clean and santized and even lifts had contactless leg buttons to operate. Food is on the expensive side. Location is very good in a pleasant locality on Race Course Road where there isnt much of traffic noise.
OVerall a very pleasant stay and much needed rest after a nightout at Mahashivratri.

October 17th, we hosted my Engagement ceremony in WelcomeHotel Coimbatore, The ambience was so good & the food was amazing (All veg dishes) for the night & the breakfast got me going bonkers & hogging on the same.
A little detail on my experience.
I was the groom that night & I sang a song on the spot to propose my Bride to be & since I hail from a strict Engineering background, I understood how precise the engineering was in place to ensure a smooth & a memorable experience.
Mr. Nitin, a very humble gentleman who took us a tour around the Hotel & he made sure our Hygiene was his priority. (yes you read it right, My hygiene was his priority) We saw sanitizers everywhere you can name them. From the entrance to the elevators. A great sales person to interact with.
Mr. Louis, A fine gentleman who briefed about the ethics & the standards of Hospitality followed by the Hotel to ensure that each and every person who enters the premises leaves with an extraordinary experience. A General Manager equipped with ethics of fine Hospitality.
Mr. Varghese (apologies if I spelt it wrong), The Gentleman whose team works behind the scenes to ensure the program is carried out in a very smooth way without any interruptions , I've been to places where the premises & the ambience looks & feels good but everything is ruined once there is a technical problem or a glitch that takes place out of nowhere in between the show. I greatly acknowledge Mr. Varghese & his team's efforts in the background with all the fine lighting arrangements along with precise sound engineering (not even a single feedback noise throughout the ceremony) & the well maintained HVAC systems.
The engineering team stole my attention. Myself, hailing from a commercial heavy duty plumbing business background of a USA based company specialized in conserving water. I was keeping an eye for any faucets or equipment that are leaky in the washrooms & other areas where water application is used & to my surprise I found none. It shows how well maintained and up to date the premise is kept on a day to day basis.
The rooms were well maintained with great washrooms & AC. The more I thank the engineering team for their selfless work to offer a great experience is less.
Mr. Shiva (Security) - A very attentive gentleman, I had to drop my Fiancée in the middle of the night at around 3am, On hearing the start of my car, he attended to open the gate the next moment & wished me a good bye for which I replied "Not too soon sir, I am coming back in 10 minutes, not missing the breakfast" we both laughed our way out lol.
Mr. Chef (apologies I couldn't catch the name) The food tasted so good that everyone in my family and the guests praised it & they personally highlighted about the breakfast on call. I literally had people messaging me about how good the breakfast & Dinner was. Great work.
Last but not the least, I hope to meet y'all very soon someday.

Really we would like to interested to talk about this hotel, this is the 2nd visit for us with my family under long stay.
Particularly the restaurant team , Mr.Ruban , Mr.Mohit, Mr.Rakesh,Miss. Pratima and Mr.Surya & etc they are treated the customers & kids well and excellence..
They are accepted our suggestions and requirements with 😃 face and done accordingly.. Foods are very tasty and hygienic.. Each and everyday our family is very much enjoyed with food..
In this corona period we are suggesting this is the best hotel in Coimbatore for hygienic, safety and healthy stay.
They are all working with good mutual understanding from front desk to kitchen..
The housekeeping team is very much strength for this hotel. Each and everyday it's an new experience to my family.
Totally it's an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with this hotel for us..

It is heartening to see ITC welcom hotel folks taking utmost care and extraordinary hospitality especially during this pandemic. Each and every employee right from the reception to party hall were all extremely cordial, supportive and always cheering. to see these people welcome you and take max care is truly worth appreciating.properly sanitised rooms,safety protocols and measures taken by them were beyond what am describing here .,special mention to miss.Devi(Banquet Manager ) for coordinating & patiently handling all the requirements and the way she helped us from day 1 till the event day (almost an month of follow up) was highly impressed and courteous .she asked my suggestion in each and every thing related to the hall arrangements .we fixed an Appoinment prior to the event to discuss about customizing dinner at South Indian style with the help of ms.Devi and I would really say that the food was top notch and delicious and chef ensured to make all the requested menus in south Indian style .Massive spread of buffet🙂 Welcom ITC had a tag over all the food plates as “WEASSURE” and they stood for their words🥰🥰

I stayed here with my wife for a weekend getaway. The rooms are what you expect from a five star rated hotel. The view of treelines outside the hotel grounds is very relaxing. It makes you forget you are in the middle of a big city. The highlight of the stay was their restaurant. Welcome Kovai Cafe served all their dishes with perfection whether it be Indian, Oriental or Western options. The ambience and interiors of the restaurant is nothing short of eye popping! Prices are a bit on the higher side, but it can be got around by going for their 'all inclusive plan' of 5000 Rs where all meals for two persons are included in your room booking. A defenite 5/5.

I recently stayed at the Welcom Hotel for a week. Given the current COVID situation, the hotel management and staff did a great job in taking the necessary precautions, sanitizing the areas regularly and maintaining cleanliness. The service was very quick and efficient. The food was also very good. I stayed at this ITC Coimbatore property to quarantine as per government norms upon entry into the city.
The hotel industry has adapted remarkably to covid and ITC especially. All procedures were meticulous to ensure safety without any contact with guests or staff, with hygiene and sanity given utmost priority.
The rooms were also tastefully designed and loaded with modern amenities.

Mr Anthony and Mr Sujosh made it a great birthday for me by delivering a delicious lunch buffet to my home during the current lockdown. The care taken to prepare each dish so well and deliver it hot and well packed with all hygiene standards is really appreciated.
Anthony has helped previously as well to deliver special dishes during the lockdowns and the food quality has always been of the top standard.
