Recently i stayed at ITC with my friends, the property is very small compare to other hotels but the rooms are really good and spacious. The check in process was smooth, front office staffs were really kind especially mumtaz and john. The breakfast is nice but they could add more varieties and service could be improved. Otherwise the over all experience was really amazing, we highly recommend to other travellers

The hotel is located in art of the city, the surrounding is very beautiful with pleasant environment. We stayed for couple of days, we really enjoyed our stay. The room is very spacious. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the check in process was very smooth and they allotted interconnected room for our family. I personally thank mumtaj and prem for good hospitality

We always prefer to stay at ITC, whenever we come to coimbatore , the hotel rooms are very nice and maintenance is really good, the breakfast is really nice, front office team always helpful , especially mumtaz at reception

The rooms are smart , convenient and comfortable. Everything begins and ends there. Am perplexed at the lack of service in a hotel of this class. Checked in and ordered coffee after almost giving up. The room service does not answer calls and had to order thru the reception. 4 reminders and an hour later an insipid liquid arrives. No hair dryer or shower cap in the toilet. Next morning wanted a paper and offered to pay for it. Was promised a digital paper which again never arrived , tablet nor code...until we checked out at 9.30am. Breakfast was a good spread and of good quality. But either everything takes time when you order or never arrives. Shortage of staff is glaring.
