The hotel is located on the main road and very close to airport. The rooms are good and the service is good but complimentary breakfast is ok. The hotel is worth the stay and offers cozy rooms and convenience to visit other places as it is right at the bus stand.

Clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast - fast wifi, great service ! The staff were amazing ! Staffs are so helpful - organizing taxis and letting us know what to expect to pay , making sure we had everything we needed and always welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. All staff fantastic and attentive really wanting you to have a great stay. As a woman traveler if I am able to return again to Coimbatore and I was alone or with another female traveler I would definitely stay at Hotel Castello residency Coimbatore . Felt very safe at all times . Thank you

The Rooms are spacious. The breakfast is good with limited options. As it was a business trip it was booked with MEP plan. The limit provided was very low. The way they calculate the charges is very worst and you will end up with unfruitful discussion with the receptionist. They didnt stand by the words. Overall - Not recommended.

This hotel is located very close to airport approximately 1.4 km and have few big hospitals very near to it in case one needs one. Rooms are spacious and smartly decorated.But house keeping department is not upto the mark as they don’t change toiletries every day and you would also have to ask for your complementary water bottle every day. Coming to the food people with North Indian or East Indian taste bud will definitely not appreciate the food. Breakfast is fare but with limited options. Do keep back-up of your own internet service as hotels wifi is extremely slow and may not connect after multiple attempts. Only reason I would recommend this hotel is it’s location and for food just beside is a restaurant which serves very decent food from breakfast to dinner with multiple options.…

My wife and her family had the privilege of staying here for a night before going to ooty. I feel obliged to mention that it is one of the best hotels near the airport. The appearance and ambience was pretty porsche. The rooms were absolutely spacious and the washrooms were very clean. The staff were really polite. The food was delicious and one star above the rest. Anyone stopping at coimbatore can blindly book this one.

Stayed here from Oct 15 to Oct 16, 2017. The Property: ============================================ 1) Located less than 1 km away from the airport. In fact a walkable distance if you don’t mind a fifteen minute stroll. 2) Medium-sized rooms. Good leg space. Mediocre roadside view. 3) Mid-sized bathroom. No frills. No Pressure Pump shower. Bathroom separated from the wash basin area by a curtain, rendering it messy. 4) Normal sized bed. Lumpy pillows and thick mattresses. Good sleep quality. 5) A 32 Inch LED TV. HD Channels not working. 6) More than adequate lighting. Yellow light bulbs. I like my rooms well lit. 7) Was there only for a night’s stay, so didn’t get an opportunity to check for wifi. 8) Well functioning air conditioner. 9) Fairly indifferent staff. The Platter: ============================================ The buffet breakfast was satisfactory and appropriate to the grade of the hotel. Aloo Paratha. Wada Curry. Semiya Upma. Boiled eggs. Idli. Sambar. And Sambar Idli (Sambar having pieces of Idlis dunked into it). Medu Wada. Jam. Honey. Toast. Cut Fruits. Fresh watermelon juice. Banana Milkshake. Carrot juice. Kheer. Veg Salad.
