Good accomodation with self-cooking facilities. They do provide cleaning services but my stay was during the peak C-19 times and hence had to clean the apartment myself. Quite a pain as I was also working from home for crazy hours given the time difference between India and the UK. But that was not any fault of the property; it's just the circumstances at the time of my stay.
In our life time, this is the first lodge that lacks customer service to the core. We booked the Oyo room just for a few hours. It was a big air conditioned suite room with living area, work area etc. But the tariff was very meagre for such a spacious room with best amenities. Cleanliness is also given due importance. During check-in, they just gave the key for a room in the third floor. Noone took the responsibility to carry our luggage or to lead us to the room. For checkout also the same thing happened. I don't know why they have failed in customer service. The poor customer service has prevented me to give a high rating. Otherwise it's a good hotel.
i had stayed for a month solo when i visited ganga hospital. it is an average place with under roof parking. Reasonable priced airconditioned rooms. Service provided was fair. Manager was courteous and helping.
Spotless room,comfy beds good decor. Very clean Very friendly staff ,nice and comfy room with plenty of storage. Very good options for breakfast. Plenty of parking,short walk to town centre.First class service along with very clean, modern rooms.
