A comfortable stay
stayed at Ikios apartment. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were well looked after and enjoyed our stay. East to find too! Just a walk to the mall. They don't cook food, but get it from good hotels nearby on request.

very well maintained place at the heart of the city yet calm and quiet. next to a park - very loving. eateries, mall, bus stops all are at walkable distance. All the staff members were kind, helpful and courteous. Everyone went out of their way to address my special needs and requirements.

Feels like home
Stayed for a month while doing an internship at PSG (right down the road). The place is really nice and well kept, Mahesh is really nice and helpful. Lakshmanan, the boy taking care of the place is not that good at English, but we managed to communicate with him. You can get all the supply for the kitchen as you need! All in all a great stay, in a great place.

Super Stay with good Host.
Very good stay near to Fun republic mall and well connected to Avinashi road.. Got a whole flat for ourselves and also had the check out time extended.. Good host.. Lot of options for food on Avinashi road..
