I booked 7 nights of stay at hotel kiscol grands. The room was in terrible state and was not cleaned-up properly. The mattress was in terrible condition, having bodily fluids all over. The hotel staff refused to clean it up, they left it there. It was too uncomfortable to use the bed after witnessing such a scene. The hotel manager was so unfriendly and un-cooperative. I asked for a pay back for 7 nights / cancellation, as per the hotel policy , the refund was not issued. I lost my money for 7 nights. The A/C was not in a working condition and there was no option for ventilation. We were getting suffocated, staying there. Besides, the additional bed provided was in terrible condition with wheels. No comforter , duvet was provided for the additional bed. Owing to the pathethic service , we left after 5 hours of booking. The receptionist replied, you booked a cheaper room and this is what you get. The service is pathetic. The hotel is located near a high power grid lines near the EB , we were hearing the buzzing sound always. It is also near the railway track and the rooms are not sound proof.…

Came for a business trip which planned for a week and later extended for a month. For complete month stayed in Kiscol Grand hotel. Hospitality provided was quite awesome. Services provided here was complementary breakfast and Dinner. Menu was too good with plenty of items and options. The way received during breakfast and dinner was quite awesome. Felt like a home. Especially Chef, Dhebo, Praveen, Govardhini and Jayachandran was too good. Companion with theses guyzzz was made our stay as like at home. Overall complete stay it was awesome. Thankyou Kiscol Grand

Had a Nice and elevating experience in Hyper bar. It was a pleasant surprise to see a good collection of whisky and we had a blast with mouth watering sides as well. Sreekuttan and Karthik were really enthusiastic and were suggesting a slew of cocktails which we really enjoyed.

Hotel 🏨 Rooms and Restaurant is good and Foods are tasty 😋. Service is very good. Praveen assisting well and overall good stay. Good furnished rooms, Gym and Bar is available. Good variety of breakfast 🍳☕🍞 and tasty 😋.

Recently visited hyper bar at Kiscol grand from Gandhipuram Coimbatore. All the prices were reasonable and service was good! The day we went they had DJ and Me Sreekuttan bar manager took care our team well! Glad we found this place!

Clean hotel, around that part of the city. Walking distance to everything downtown. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. BREAKFAST was amazing & enjoyed it to the fullest. Complimentary – Coffee, Tea & Bottle of water

The hotel has very good staff. We lost something valuable in the hotel. Mr deepak (one of the amazing staff of kiscol grands) notified us and immediately sended a career back to our house.They also have a variety of dishes to eat my favourite was the grilled mutton. Overall this hotel is one of the best in coimbatore

I booked this property Kiscol Grands for 2 nights on MAP basis. Service is excellent. Especially I found Mr.Praveen in Restaurant takes care of the guests very enthusiastically. Break fast spread over is awesome. Try for dosas and Uttapam. Room is specious. Housekeeping is ok and to improve. Front office is nice and well mannered. Feels good and it is home away from home. Will visit again.
