Pathetic and unprofessional.Just before our arrival at the hotel,we suddenly got their message that your hotel is shifted to another one.we booked this hotel because it's location was lake side.they shifted us to another hotel where stinking drainage line which was open ,was there.this really disappointed us.Even to they told another hotel that to give only 1 triple sharing room ,but we have booked 4 triple sharing rooms.The another hotel was having very small rooms .

Location is nice, The hand rail is missing in stairs. However rest staff and room and ambience is awesome It is very near to the Fateh sagar lake You will get food and liquor as well without any problem

This is a budget hotel with excellent location which is just across Fatehsagar lake. Rooms are neat and linen provided is clean. There is no restaurant in hotel and a cook comes in the morning to provide breakfast. Breakfast is basic but good. There use to be a green lawn in the hotel which has been converted into a restaurant and given on rent. Meals can be arranged from that .Also,there are some very good restaurants like Ranaji at a walking distance so food is not an issue. Staff is very helpful and courteous. All in all The Fateh hotel provides good value for money.

This is a small but very well maintained property, very near to Fatehsagar Lake and tourist places like Sajjangarh Fort, Shilp Gram, Bagore ki Haveli, Saheliyon ki Bari, Neemuch Mata Mandir and surrounded with several temples. The staff is helpful, certain glitch you might found in the starting but later post hotel staff is complained then it got rectified quickly. The negative of the property is that not having an in house restaurant even though the hotel staff is ready to bring the food from out side for you. Recommended to choose the suite room.

Don't go by the name, it's not a proper heritage hotel ... Just an old haveli converted into hotel. However the rooms are good as per the price they are offered .. good for a business travellers as well as tourism point of view. The only thing is food. However zomato is available with ample options
