Beware of this hotel. We need to cancel a booking due to Covid 19 restrictions beyond our control. I have sent numerous messages all having been ignored. I also tried to contact them through our booking website and these messages have also gone unanswered. Seems as if they are unwilling to refund even though it has to be done for a legitimate reason. Disappointed.

Very good hotel less than 10 minute walk from City Palace. Well maintained hotel with clean swimming pool. En-suite rooms nicely decorated & very clean. Restaurant serves excellent breakfast, lunch & dinner. Staff helpful. Highly recommended.

Felt really at home here, with such a lovely relaxing feel, despite being 10min walk from Central Udaipur (and right next to City Palace). Ate here one night and food was fine, though chose to eat out and experience the cities options (which were delicious). Had minor issue with the bill, but this was resolved really simply with the manager. Would recommend staying here.

I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for anyone staying in Udaipur! The service is second to none, delicious food, friendly family run hotel.
