Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
Not at all convinced with the management & owner policies. Not a worth visiting place, Mewarnaath will give me my answer. God bless me to skip these king of hazardous place. Will meet you once again in life for sure. Hukadd Bham Bham ...
The best property with mind-blowing view of the bagela lake. We stayed in the bagela suite with was super spacious, had a provate balcony and a lot of artifacts. Good food and service.Must visit on the way to eklingji and nathdwara. They gave us amazing baby food, so my 1 year old was sorted too. Amazing experience overall
Nicely designed layout of rooms, gardens, walkways, pool etc. Large area for outdoor activities. Entire resort is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is good. We had a group booking for reunion and had lots of outdoor events. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The only shortcoming is that bathrooms have only overhead shower and lack a tap and bucket. Unable to wash feet only.
Property rooms are not as per 4 star standard. Bathroom amenities are not sufficient & not so luxurious. No laundry bags are provided. There was no variety & quality in food service. Not so much cleanliness in restaurant. Food trays are not filled without instructions. There is no speciality in menu. They have no separate swim towel. Swimming pool is not so big as well as not maintained. They have new room but beat pricy as compared with room & service quality. Hotel management has to renovate rooms & their services as they have good location & farm House.
All the three stars are for the room...we stayed at the private pool villa and the rooms are great...pool and the views are amazing but unfortunately that's all good about it. The service and food is mediocre at best...staff had no clue what hospitality means...the waiters were polite and hard working but the middle management just didnt seem interested unless you give them an earful...buffet was blah and everything seemed watery and lacked balance and flavor. House keeping was also very poor..there were cobwebs in the room, big stains on glass were not cleaned ( if u see the rooms u will realise just how much glass is there in pool villas). Basic amenities like bathrobes, slippers, dry mats around pool and hangers for wet clothes are missing...now when u call yourself a wellness retreat and charge a bomb attracting luxury clientele...u can't miss these things! So yaan wellness is a part of heritage resort and apart from pool villas, all amneties including restaurant and staff you will see is of heritage resort..so u pay five star rates and get a three star experience for everything. The room are already seeing wear and tear and it shows how laid back they are when it comes to maintenance. Also book through an agent...they seem to charge more if you book direct which is quite surprising given the current trend. All in all got a three star hotel experience for five star rates.…
Had an amazing experience. Stayed here for 4 nights and the stay was extremely delightful. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The service was great and the staff was super helpful. the food here is so fresh and delicious. Would recommend everyone to stay here when travelling to Udaipur. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and experience.
Recently stayed at Heritage Resort, Udaipur with a few friends, all in all was an amazing experience. The Staff was very hospitable and attentive to all our needs. The meals we ate were really tasty and the buffet had a good mix of authentic Rajasthani and western food. The property is located around mountains and Lake Bagela ensuring picturesque views and a good Udaipur Vibe. Also a special mention, the staff took Covid 19 measures hence we could enjoy our vacation peacefully.
Stayed at the hotel for about 4 nights while touring through Udaipur. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious too. We ate a few meals here during our stay and the food was extremely homelike and had quite a good buffet spread. While the hotel is slightly away from the city thereby making it an extreme peaceful stay away from the hustle bustle of the city. And lastly there couldn’t be a better location to this hotel, because waking up to the view of lake bagela is not something you’d wanna miss while in Udaipur.
this is my second stay here and am pleasantly surprised. My previous stay must have been @ 8 - 9 years back. The resort has been really maintained very well & looks as ifs a new one. Amazing service and the staff went out of the way to please us. there was always someone around every hald a hour inquiring about our stay and if we required anything. Amazing location, well maintained rooms & great service....Guess this is what holidays are all about....
