Very well maintained hotel with great hospitality. Requests for extra plates and late checkout were promptly agreed to. Located in an older part of the city with narrow lanes and markets if that appeals to you.

We travelled as an extended family group to Udaipur for a short break over New Year. The hotel is located in the old part of the city, close to the heart of the city, overlooking the lake. One part of the hotel overlooks the lake and the front of the hotel overlooks the city. The hotel is within its own grounds so once inside the gates, you cannot hear the noise and traffic, and is quite peaceful. The rooms were clean and tidy, with space to keep luggage. The room decor is a little dated, as are the bathrooms. The hot water in the wet room shower was a bit temperamental with only lukewarm water mostly. The best part of the hotel were the staff, service and the food. The staff were courteous, polite and ready to help. The food in the roof top terrace restaurant was outstanding and we did not have a bad meal in the three days we were there. Again, the restaurant staff were exemplary and service was outstanding. The New Year’s Eve party organised by the hotel was fun, and the staff went out of their way to make it memorable for the guests. It was lovely to see the staff join in the celebrations after midnight, a well-deserved treat for all the hard working staff and showed that the management treat their staff well. The hotel is the perfect amalgamation of peace and service. We had a really nice time staying here as a family. The staff was warm and caring. Our rooms were lake facing and it felt wonderful waking up or hanging out watching that serene view. The food was good too. I’d recommend this hotel strongly to anyone who wants a comfortable experience while staying right in the center of the market space.

We had a stay for 3 nights and it was the best place to stay for. The reception area was to coolest place to chill at night. Nice rooms with deeming Lights. Amazing Rooftop view. Good food but needs more varieties for breakfast. But the service was really Good even at night. It was the Centre for Most of the Amazing restaurant so saved lots of travel time

I had booked 2 rooms considering it to be a lake facing hotel.Shockingly the rooms at first floor have no view. The hotel is old and in dilipidated condition. The lobby is smelly. Breakfast offered is very mediocre.Overall an awful experience.

We had requested a room with a view over the lake and weren't disppointed. The room was large , rather " tired " it needed to be repainted . The bathroom has been updated. The hotel seemed to have few clients and still hadn't recovered from the Covid shut down. The pool and garden needed to be better maintained. The rooftop restaurant served excellent local dishes. The hotel was situated close to shopping area. The staff were amenable and friendly.
