Hotel should take care of guest ,, how a restaurant manager misbehaved with guest like this star category hotel,, I have thr promotional card issued by Triffers card no 428, when I was thr to use it the restaurant manager argued alot to force his decision on us , Name of that restaurant manager is Mr Suresh,, really the worst person n staff I ever met In any hotel,, how he is so rude with guest ,, I said him that it's not right to deny what u have promised but he is not listening anything than finally I have to call the Triffers manager n than he talked with hotel owner or general manager n than they realized that thr Manger did wrong. N accept my card but one thing this is my second visit I this hotel n hotel n all other staff is good but how the upper management didn't notice the rude behavior of thr restaurant manager Mr Suresh. I was with my family n friends from Outstation,, they too didn't get a good experience with u guys ,, hope hotel management take some action about this matter.…
We enquired price for 2 adult and two kids for two days and the hotel confirmed 7k and asked for advance deposit. When we paid 2k, the hotel sent a vague booking message for one triple room and one double room and started demanding 14k. We sought refund of the advance amount. To which they sought for my bank account details. We gave the bank account details also After that they only dictated their policies, no refund , no cancellation of service despite different from what i asked for , no cancellation of booking done on their own assumption, no cooperation, no support but only dictating hotel policies. Please think twice and take confirmation thrice before booking for their service or else others will also loose money like me Its better to pay after availing service. Make it a policy like me and tell them upfront, else the hoteliers will start teaching policies one they get advance…

Fabulous hotel to stay. really enjoyed my stay there. Service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ambience is very nice. All facilities are available. Food is very delicious. It is well within the city. Nice and memorable stay. Thanks
Worst behaviour Kindly do not book the room their There is no any services available which are shown The pub bar is closed The food is too costly Services are the bad which I have ever seen their The lift has been stopped in middle In this big villa how can the light can go and come In one night 5 times the light has gone Worst experience Do not book your room by seeing the images Full king size bed and mattress was not available for family. Lobbies were dirty. Kept mattresses in lobby. Room service is pathetic. Window was fitted without hinges. Door bell not working. Parking not available inside of premises. Paid car wash facility not available. No Gym, No play area, No 24 hrs cafe. Location is not suits with Hotel Name.
Good hospitality and good food front office staff and vary copretive specially Mr.Arjun & Mr. Rahul nice person.and tx for team and I am fully enjoy the property and memorable stay. And outstanding stay.and again tx for all department of Valley view resort and Spa Udaipur.

I have come to this property with my corporate group. Valley view Udaipur is very nice hotel, close to the airport proximity, nice location, Ambience, staff is very much supportive and cooperative. Thank you to Mr. Vishvesh, MS. Archana ji, special thanks Mr. Suresh f n b manager and his kitchen team and All chefs given us very nice service and excellent food. Special thanks to Mr Arjun Patel, Mr Garvit and Mr Rahul. The whole staff is very cooperative, humble and always ready to render the help for the comfort of the guests. Restaurant is serving quality food. Preparation and presentation is excellent.
This resort is very beautiful. All rooms are specious. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Housekeeping services are good,food is delicious and serving staff is prompt, courteous and well trained. Menu variety is good. Must visit place when you are in Udaipur.
