We feel great pleasure to introduce ourselves as “Horizon Hotel & Restaurant”, located in heart of City Udaipur, near Sukhadia Circle. Horizon Hotel is a 40 Room family-run mid-size hotel. The hotel is in easy walking distance to popular tourist spots like Sukhadia Circle, Lok Kala Mandal and 5 minutes drive from places like Fateh Sagar Lake, bazaars, banks and restaurants. The hotel is 5 storied; it is accessible by elevators and stairs. Please be conversant that we do not entertain complaints regarding view from the rooms as we do not make any such claims or promises. All rooms are centrally air-conditioned, equipped with LCD's/LED's, tea/coffee maker and attached bathrooms with hot & cold water. Hotel Horizon's multi-cuisine restaurant "GRANDEUR” serves fresh, vibrant and delicious food to our guest. We have introduced a brand new Rooftop Restaurant, LEVEL 5. It is an amazing place to chill and spend some quality time in the evening. A beautiful city view with scrumptious food.

The Hotel is perfect and Ambience is also good. Being in the location which is in the city The window view from room is great in the morning and evening. Further the staff is very polite and room services are also apt. I was being responded by a female staff "Mamta" and the response was great and on time service for anything is available. Food is also good (3 Meals - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Rooms are clean and all the amenities are available. Recommended

It was a wonderful experience at Hotel Horizon. The cleanliness, staff behaviour and overall service is very good. To top it up, the food at Level 5 restaurant is delicious, healthy and of many variety. It is centrally located and all the palces to visit in Udaipur are very convinient to commute. I hghly recommed to stay at Hotel Horizon to enjoy a good family vacation.

My review of Hotel Horizon is based on my gastronomic experience at the hotel's roof top restaurant Level5, named so for its location of the 5th floor.
A get together of college friends and level5 turned out to be a perfect venue. We sat in the open area though they have an in dine enclosure as well. Good food, efficient staff and great company of friends reminiscing the good old days, sipping our favorite malts, made the entire affair a memorable one.

Horizon - A place meant for just a restful sleep. If you're looking for more than that, you're at the wrong place. The hotel isn't fully functional. As soon as you step into the property, a strong smell of air/room freshners hit you unconscious! If ur allergic to them, you got to be aware. Same was in the room. The bathroom was stinking in our room. They covered that up too with air freshners. The shower curtains had stains and dirt all over. As if they haven't been cleaned over decades. The TV was almost non-functional. No hot water on day 1. All in all a big let down. No efforts are made by the hotel to keep the property clean. We don't expect 5 Star amenities, but basic cleanliness is the right of every guest and that doesn't seem to be a priority here!! Left the place never to return.

Hotel is very good in the city Most importantly hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying there. The roof top restaurant was an amazing experience. The breakfast was also very testy and included various options to eat.

The hotel is pathetic. They do not have a bar license perhaps so they charge 3-4 times more just for even a beer pint. Can’t even imagine food ! Also, they do not give a legitimate bill, instead the waiters just write down on a piece of paper and present in a billfold. The owner Arpit something is extremely rude and harsh and talks quite rudely when you raise an issue. They do not even hve a bar menu. They give bar menu on a piece of paper with the name of 4 beers that’s all. Horrible experience. Never going back.

All staff are friendly and helpful. Hygienic rooms.. Breakfast was superb and overall food is very good. They are also taking all Covid precautions and everything is sanitised.. Hotel location is well connected to all visiting places as well as city market also.

Stayed in royal executive room and was disappointed by the quality. Photos uploaded by management had heavy filters and is not even close to what actually room look like, even that window shown in photos was missing. Dirty torn curtains, stains in bedding and walls, cracks in door, no natural lighting. Room was in bad condition overall and needs serious revamp. Breakfast was average with not much options. Avoid this hotel if possible.

One of the best hotel in Udaipur. Worth the price they offer good stay and the best food. Specially the manager who be at reception is so polite and helpful he helps you for everything and provides you with best solution. Also most friendly person I have ever met in Udaipur.

The Hotel is decent for the money they charge and mainly at a great location but with less space for parking. Madhurijee and other Front desk staff were welcoming and so were the persons at room-service. Infra is not so modern but nice for budget. Rooms were neat and clean. Their roof top restro Level 5 has a good ambience as well. Food also was nice. However for breakfast they could have some other options as well.

We have a wide spread of Breakfast, which includes Continental and Indian (North & South) dishes.
Under continental: Tea/Coffee, Milk (Hot/Cold), Cornflakes/Wheat flakes, Bread Toast (With Jam/Butter), Eggs to order, Sandwitch (Plain/veg) and Cut fruits.
Under Indian: Poha (Plain/Mutteri/Masala),Choice of Paratha / Chole Bhature / Puri Bhajji (any one), Bread pakora / Mirchi bada / Aloo bada (any one), Idli Sambhar, Wada Sambhar, Upma (Any one).
Now this is a typical breakfast spread menu and it keeps changing everyday!
