I had booked a big room but they alloted me a smaller room which was not having flush no shower no geyser or hot water the bed sheets were dirty and water leakage Worst hotel i ever stayed in my life Pleae avoid such hotels
It won't be apt to call this place a hotel. This is probably the worst property in Udaipur and the owner takes pride in this property being the worst. Rooms have never been cleaned, bathrooms look & smell like public urinals & upholstery has never been washed. Towels smell like sweaty socks. Geysers are dysfunctional. No water supply in bathroom & toilet. Bathroom/toilet doors and windows are broken. Owner is audacious enough to tell you to leave and do not expect him to return your money in case you want to move out after checking-in.
Hi... This is by far the worst hotel I have lived in... Regret for my selection... Following basic things are unavailable: 1. No laundry service... Even no pressing iron available in entire hotel. 2. No restaurant available in house... They order from nearby hotel. 3. Staff is rude... Guys this hotel has made my udaipur visit a nightmare.
It's decent from services aspect for the price. The only advantage it has its the location. It is near to all major tourist attractions. If you manage to get any better hotel for the same price prefer that then this!
It was not a good experience as we had a one night stay in this hotel not at all recommended with family visit as lot of ants were in the bathroom not recommended for stay with small kids it is not worth ur money I would give a thumbs down for this hotel kindly avoid it if u can.
dont even stay here if its the last hotel left in udaipur. in name of staff there are small kids (12-15 yrs old) employed. one middle age man who doesnt know how to treat guest. forget courtesy even basic etiquette are missing. when we arrived during even our room was not ready and we literally paid one kid extra 50 bucks to clean the toilet because the staff was saying it will be cleaned next morning as sweeper has left. bed sheets were dirty. blanket has food items all over it. pillow covers were not replaced because they say laundry will arrive next morning. i cant write how worst this hotel is but i will not recommend it to anybody even if hotel is giving the rooms for free.
This hotel is dirty, noisy and worn down. Shower is not working and the bed is hard. Linen was dirty. Due to low avaiability of rooms in Udaipur, they charged heavy room rates (european price level). I felt like a victim of a scam. Avoid it.
I am regular visitor of Udaipur, due to non availability of room in my favorite hotel I stayed at Sita Hotel Saheli marg. I found its totally bakwas and worst hotel in this area very poor services and food quality also very low. never try to stay in this hotel
Happened to stay there for a night as our reservation at a different hotel was only available from next day and we had the worst hotel experience ever! Dingy old rooms with old bed linen. No toiletries. Bathrooms are barely usable. Poor service and maintenance. No cleanliness. Average food.
Stayed at hotel Sita recently. Service so poor ,waiter will come only when you call 5 6 times. Even the basic things such as soaps and towels not provided. Cleanliness worst. Most horrible thing was bedding and quills and blankets which were giving very bad smell. It is better to stay Dharamshala than Sita hotel.
