Exceptional service, cleanliness, views. Staff attended to every need, bringing us lots of water and even a night snack when we returned late. At any time of day the doormen would drive us in a buggy across the bridge to the nearest point where we could flag down a taxi/tuktuk.

To sum up our 3 N stay was just a memorable experience. This heritage stay and its ambience is all worth your money.Do not give a second thought and book immediately.From Warm Reception staff to Prompt Housekeeping to Vast Breakfast Menu, Everything is par excellent.Its the best stay in Udaipur undoubtedly with beautiful sunrise mornings in your private balconies and calm evenings in the soothing breeze of Pichola and grand view of City palace.And Do remember to book your place in Upre restaurant in advance to enjoy the lux exotic and authentic fine dining experience,It is indeed value for money!

Food Qwality is poor/ UPRE is worst food / The rooms are small but and the towels they use are 100 years old/ looks like stingy owners/the staff is good and polite// the breakfast has limited spread and is mostly tasteless/ one should never eat here

Hotel Lake Pichola was such a mesmerising experience!!! It’s been a month since I am back, but I am still living in “aww” moment☺️ Such a beautiful property 🤩 everyday waking up to an amazing view and the cherry on the cake is their hospitality 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The hotel is situated at such an amazing place, everything is at walking distance. And the grand closure to my trip was a boat ride from the hotel as a “goodbye” gesture. I would like to give a big shout out to Yudhishtir for an amazing hospitality, Yogendra for upgrading the room and Surendra ji, who works with great dedication and sincerity in the restaurant. I must say Lake Pichola Hotel rest at heart of Udaipur, lead by royal family member himself Kunwar Chandra Bhanu Singh. Legendary restaurants like Upre, Ambrai and many more at walking distance with market and temples like jagdish mandir also with 1 km. Hotel staff is well trained and makes sure that your every need is taken care of, but one thing i will recommend is that one has to go all in with Lake pichola hotel as you get incridible streamer, bathtub, and jhula looking over lake pichola only in suite which are apprx.4 in number. Evening arti, view of lake and city palace, birds chirping, rajasthani art in lobbies and stairs, rich history, lake side pathway and jharokas, boats pick up and drop, food from upre and 1550 AD and offcours your highness himself. I choose Lake Pichola hotel after reading lot of reviews here and on other sites. We stayed for a total of 3 nights during middle of August 2022. Overall stay was satisfactory. We choose lake facing room on 2nd floor and it was a pleasure just to gaze through the lake from the room balcony. Most of attractions like Bagre Ki Haveli, City Palace and jagmandir are at walking distance. They have two boats but both were not operational due to some local issues. It would have added the charm if boats were operational. Breakfast is limited but good. We ordered room service and like Dal Makhni and Malai Kofta. Chicken tikka was stale. Unfortunately upre resturant was closed on all evenings due to heavy rainfall. There is one swimming pool at the roof top but it is quite small but…

I was travelling with my siblings on a holiday to Udaipur & we had booked this hotel for 5 night. We had to change hotels after 2 nights because the hygiene level of the room was an ABSOLUTE ZERO. I got dust mite bites on the very 1st day on using the duvet. The Room did not look clean nor did the bathroom. This hotel needs an overall upgrade. It's been 2 weeks that we are back in Bombay & the bites on my body has worsened. I've got a doctor's appointment for tomorrow & 'll be undergoing medical treatment for this. I did complain to the GM at the hotel, but he too couldn't do much. I would sincerely advice people, if you have made reservations at this hotel, either to cancel it or please check the room thoroughly before going ahead & staying here. I'm absolutely horrified…

This was my 4th visit to Udaipur and I soo wanted to stay in a property on the Lake Pichola. I chose this property basis the amazing reviews on TA and it exceeded our expectations on most of the fronts. The most appealing points are the location, the view, the true heritage haveli feel and decor, the ever smiling outstanding staff and most of all the owners’ hospitable attitude towards each of the guests. We had one of their lake facing rooms and it was an absolute delight to spend our time in their palace and Gangaur ghat facing balcony. We loved each and every moment of our stay !!!
