An incredible cute lovely boutique hotel which is situated on a remarkable location , great flora & amazing hospitality being curated by their host a young enthusiast Tushar he ensured that we were looked after so well from neat & clean rooms to amazingly cooked food delectably delicious … a must for any paradise lover , their courtyard are the best place to enjoy a cup of double shot cappuccino. Each one of the team member is so courteous helpful & what personalised service they give making your stay Par Excellence.
Their food is their USP esp at the Kaner Bistro .
Pool side Dinner & decor stole my wife’s heart as we were there to celebrate her special day.
As we were travelling with our 6 month old special care by the executive chef there made It just like home .
Vishwaas their associate is their Asset . A must visit when in Udaipur .

My stay was with kaner Bagh butiq hotel it was incretable comfortable. The front office manager Mr.Hitesh was extremely coprative and attentive always taking great care to meet our requirement. And I was so impressed with my dinner! I tried some tandoori dishes and there signature dungar dal. Me and my friend finished our whole plates and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. Staff was sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back!”

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay with family. The entire staff is very polite. In my family's opinion, the location is great as it is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the main city center (not more than 6-8 kms) so one can expect peace and at the same time very far away from the city center Neither is it. , There were some minor plumbing issues in our bathroom, but they were fixed immediately upon being reported to the staff. The in-house restaurant also has a great variety and quality of food, the service is also commendable. There was a good variety in the breakfast every day. The only thing that can be noted is that the bathrooms in all the rooms are of different sizes. All in all, a comfortable stay.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience myself, my family and my friends had during our stay at your hotel on the 13th and 14th of November 2023.
Our main concerns revolve around the following issues:
Late Dinner Service: On both nights of our stay, we experienced an unacceptably delayed dinner service, extending beyond 10 pm. This not only inconvenienced us but also reflected poorly on the hotel's commitment to timely and efficient customer service.
Substandard Towel Quality: The towel provided in our room was torn, which not only falls short of basic hygiene standards but also reflects a lack of attention to detail and upkeep in your facilities.
Uncleaned Room: Our room was not properly cleaned during our stay, and this oversight was disappointing. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation of any hotel, and the lapse in maintaining this standard greatly impacted our overall experience.
Denial of Drinking Water: Shockingly, the housekeeping staff did not provide us with drinking water and instead suggested we purchase it. This is a basic amenity that should be readily available to guests, and being denied such a necessity is simply unacceptable.
Rude and Non-Apologetic Staff: Perhaps the most disheartening aspect of our stay was the attitude displayed by your staff. Their behavior was consistently rude and non-apologetic, further exacerbating the negative impression we had of the hotel.
I believe that these issues collectively demonstrate a severe lapse in the quality of service provided by Hotel Kanerbag during our stay. As paying customers, we expected a level of service that aligns with the standards set by your establishment. Unfortunately, our experience has left us deeply dissatisfied.
I kindly request that you investigate these matters promptly and take corrective actions to ensure that such issues do not recur for future guests. Additionally, I hope that you will implement measures to enhance the overall customer service and satisfaction at your esteemed hotel.

The hotel location is at a very good place but maintenance of the property is very poor All the rooms are suffering with leakage and seepage, and smell is intolerable. Apart from this, the quality of food and service staff is pretty good. The owner is suggested to take care of this property in a proper manner to attract the regular customer.

Highly recommended for your stay in Udaipur! Located at a walking distance from Saheli Ki Bari - a major tourist attraction, the hotel is situated in a very clean and peaceful neighbourhood. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink by the staff and allowed early check in as per our request. The room was clean, spacious and every basic essential was provided in the room itself and the view was also very nice. The staff were really helpful in every aspect, they are just a call away. I suggest you include your breakfast with your room during your stay as the variety and taste you get in the breakfast buffet is really great and was probably the best part of our stay. They also provide you daily newspapers in your room. Also, you can always ask the staff to clean your room as per your convenience. We requested them to keep our luggage till the evening after checkout and they were more than happy to do so. Things turned out great for us with Hotel Kaner Bagh

I visited udaipur with my mother and the owner of Kaner Bagh was very kind enough to provide us with best rates of the room. I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and had a lovely experience.
Hospitality 10/10 : Staff is great and helpful and listen to you and care for you. The manager at the reception was very kind enough to upgrade us and listened to our queries and helped us plan our day as well.
Location 10/10 : Located in Sukhadia Circle, kaner bagh is away from the hustle buste congested roads of the old city. Autos are easily available. Uber is available till 10.30pm max. Sukhadia Circle has great variety of local street food. Everything is nearby from the hotel.
Rooms 9/10 : The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, bathrooms are also well lit and good. Clean towels were provided. Got room slippers on call.
Food 10/10 : Good food prepared hygienically, not oily. Good variety in breakfast.
Restaurant 10/10 : The ambience of the restaurant is amazing. It's quite a happening place at night, really good crowd. They have live singer on Friday nights. Good deals on drinks. The food service was very quick and it was tasty. Their quesadillas were delicious.

Our recent stay at Kaner Bagh in Udaipur was an experience that fell short of expectations. Positioned as a budget boutique hotel, it offers a heritage-themed interior, which adds a touch of charm. However, the rooms are notably small, with our Royal Family Room feeling cramped and lacking additional space. The bathroom, too, was average in size. While the staff was courteous, their service was in line with what one would expect for the price paid. We had opted for the MAP plan but found the food options to be limited and average in taste, with only vegetarian choices available. Furthermore, the traffic congestion around the hotel, especially on weekends, can be quite overwhelming. The hotel organises a music nights on weekends but crowded space may not allow you to enjoy. For families with children, the amenities are minimal, with only a small swimming pool provided. Cleanliness in common areas was passable but not exceptional. Overall, Kaner Bagh may suit travellers seeking a budget stay with a heritage feel, but those expecting extensive amenities or spacious accommodations may want to explore other options.

Very comfortable stay at Kaner Bagh, we stayed for 4 days and enjoyed their hospitality. The housekeeping staff is very polite and courteous (especially the older guy named Pandey, & Naresh who used to set up our beds daily). The restaurant served delicious food and snacks, i tried their aglio e olio & charcoal pasta, smoked paneer etc. all these items were top notch in taste and quality. The breakfast buffet served amazing meals with everything you could need for a healthy & yummy breakfast. Hotel is hygienic and has a pleasant vibe to it!
