I am a CM member for last 13 years and stayed in many of their resorts/hotels in India. So I think that I am qualified enough to compare. Keeping in line with other CM properties, this resort is also located just out side the Udaipur city centre which is a bit annoying. It takes about 25 minutes by car to reach the City Palace. Having your self driven car may not be helpful due to congested roads and difficulty in finding parking spots in the city centre. Udaipur, n my view is best travelled by local taxi or auto rickshaw. The location of the hotel makes it difficult to get either. The hotel building itself is nicely done in the typical Rajasthani Haveli style. The lobby area is very spacious and well-done. The check-in was a breeze, helped by Jitesh who actually did the check-in for ourself. This is the kind of service CM pleases with in most of their resorts. The rooms are BIG with a large window overlooking the swimming pool. Unfortunately the windows don't have blinds and which means that keeping the curtains open you are open to everyone's view. Considering that window is the only source of natural light in the room it is ridiculous. I hope they would take some remedial measures soon. Otherwise the rooms are well appointed and the toilets are also quite spacious. Since the hotel is located outside the city you really do not have any decent eating options nearby. To complement that the hotel is equipped with a large restaurant. The buffet options have good spread and choices. Taste wise the food was pretty normal and nothing to brag about. During our two day stay the hotel arranged a live Ghazal night with Awadhi theme foods. It was really nice experience and would like to thank the staff for that. The hotel also has a nice outdoor swimming pool but since it was not heated it cannot be used in winter. Like all other CM properties the activity rooms was well equipped with many game options. Overall this is one of the nicer properties of CM. I just wish it was a bit nearer to the city centre where.

We recently visited Club Mahindra Udaipur amid Corona choas and were surprised to see this people have taken such high level of stringent measures to ensure perfect sanitization of entire complex... Its totally family and kids safe to visit. Property is hugh having lush green garden, swimming pool, kids zone & spa (though it was closed owing to govt orders) & well located.
Another special attraction is their food junction 'Aravali Restaurant' with Master Chef Abhishek Ji. Every meal was customised for us to ensure highest customer delight. They prepare authentic Rajasthani taste food with elaborate items and decorative presentation. All other staff are equally courteous & hardworking, another star person we found was Mr. Himanshu at front desk and he took very good care of us. He is alrounder, sings really well and good entertainer.
We strongly recommend all to visit this amazing property and create beautiful memories for life !!!

This was the last stop on a 6000 kilometer bike ride to the eastern part of India. We have stayed in this hotel whenever we ride through Udaipur, since it is very conveniently located near Udaipur, bang on the highway. The place remains very nice, exotic, and yet peaceful. Since it was the day before Christmas, there was a party of some kind going on, organized by the hotel, but we were too tired to participate. The hotel is so spread out, that the noise did not reach our rooms. Even with the extra crowd, we found safe parking for our bikes and settled down in our rooms. The rooms are spacious and neat, done in a modern decor. Our rooms overlooked the garden and the hills in front and it was amazingly peaceful and beautiful. They have a nice restaurant, but we used the room service instead, preferring to have a quiet peaceful dinner by ourselves before turning in early for the night. The staff was very helpful even though the hotel was full of guests. After a restful night's sleep, we started off on the last leg of the journey to Bombay, skipping the breakfast options at the resort.

I had booked Club Mahindra at Udaipur to stay with my family and friends for 2 nights i.e. 29th & 30th of July 2021. This was my worst experience with any hotel in this class worldwide.
1. The hotel does not even look like what is shown in the pictures. It is not as big as shown perceptively in the pictures.
2. It is a bit far from the city and that too without any amazing view or facility to compensate with. There is no point staying so far from the city without any special experience.
3. With these many number of rooms in the property, there is not even adequate parking space inside the property. They ask you to park your car outside at property once the space of 10-15 cars inside the property is full to capacity with cars even parked in the porche area.
4. A hotel in this class, shall provide basic room amenities in all rooms like bathroom sleepers, dental & shaving kit, bottled water. They are provide drinking water in jugs instead of bottled water in these covid times. No bathroom sleepers were provided even on request.
5. They have very limited crockery and provide only 2 empty glasses per room. They do not have spare glasses on repeated requests. Me and my friends were travelling with our 3 year young kids and wanted some more glasses for kids milk. After fighting with the management for extra glasses, I was provided with whiskey glasses for kids.
I can not even write the entire pathetic experience that we had at Club Mahindra Udaipur. Not only us, I had seen many other guests at the main lobby fighting with the management over such issues and unreasonable charges.

My family and I visited to club Mahindra Udaipur. it was an amazing experience initially we were doubtful about safety measures because of corona but after visit we saw they maintain high level of hygienity... the resort has a very good view of mountains...surrounded by greenery. It was my first experience at Udaipur and Club Mahindra Udaipur, Mr.Himanshu meet us at the time of check is also he ensure the welcome drinks should serve to us and room alloted to me 223/224 Interconnected was well mentain with all the basic amenities and the best part of club Mahindra they are give liquid shower gel for us.
The food and the price is not bad we took 3 days meal package and it was good as compare to market,if anyone wants cheapest then go to road side dhaba where we will never get any hygienic food.But the CM was served very tasty and hygnic food for us .
I want say the best part is all the rooms are non 🚬 room which safe for us and our kids.
I have seen some stupid people are not following the resort rules and regulations I don't know why everytime they are shouting is lobby.

Club Mahindra Udaipur is the ideal resort for family vacations. The staff were courteous and polite, and left no stone unturned to serve guests. We visited during August 2021 when Covid cases were relatively low. Even then, the entire staff took precautions to wear mask and practice social distancing and hand hygiene.
The highlight for us was a family dinner at the poolside. Although the pool isn't functional, it served as a brilliant backdrop for our meal. Mr. Moni Shankar served us the delicious meal in a candle light setting. The meal by chef Ajay was impeccable and tasteful, and every dish was wholesome and wonderful.
We recommend this resort to all travellers and especially those with a family. Club Mahindra will definitely go the extra mile to make your holiday memorable.

In this pandemic situation, we all are tired from being house arrest and especially those who love travelling are at worst times, i must say I am not exception and with lots of confusion, I decided to plan a short trip to Udaipur and of course being a member of the club mahindra , I took a chance to spend two nights at Udaipur. Ideal location, very polite and cooperative staff, even in fixed package, additional dishes on request were welcomed too. Resort was not only neat and clean but the resort has taken all necessary measures to prevent any conditions that turn into covid disaster. Spacious rooms and almost all rooms were covered with swimming pool view. Emat the end, I must say, i am satisfied with the resort and their hospitality.

I spent two days at Club Mahindra Udaipur with my 5 companions and had a great time but there were some issues with the availability of basic necessities like ORS and medication in case of any emergency as we faced. Some playful activities like trampoline which were present at the time of my earlier visit were absent this time.I would suggest that you should keep the fixtures in good shape as I faced issues with the showers and gatrelock of my room 125. However we had a good time beacuse of the amicable staff support. Especially Lalit Kumar Patel has been of great help in case of our vehicle mishap. The MoD that day , Mr. Himanshu was too quite helpful in placing the orders when the intercom wasn't working.

We checked in to Club Mahindra Udapiur on our recent trip to Rajasthan and stayed here for three nights. We checked in on a rainy day, and the check in procedure was smooth. The room selection was a bit tough one for us, but the staff patiently showed us all the options and helped us make up our mind. The property is quite good, as per Club Mahindra standards, with good number of rooms. However, there is some extension/expansion going on at the resort, which of course while going on, takes out the beauty of the resort. But I must say it is not disturbing to any of the existing guests. With Udaipur facing unexpected unseasonal heavy rains, there was a water on the floors everywhere, which could have been slippery, but the staff ensured regular cleaning. Restaurant is huge with good quality of food as well, Roshan helped us with the restaurant. Coming to the rooms, they are good in size, neat and clean and all in-room facilities are up to the mark. Over the years, they do have a worn out look. However, go for the rooms which face the garden on the front and pool on the back side, looks to be the best. The Happy Hub in this property is quite small with limited activities , could be a lot better. The most disappointing experience at this resort for us was that originally we planned to stay for three nights here, but when we tried to book four months in advance, being CM members, we got for only 2 nights, denied for the third night as the whole resort was booked apparently for a wedding. Denying room to members is something that is extremely disappointing and certainly not expected from a reputed organization like CM. Due to this, we had to book for one night at another property , not only spending additional money but also time and efforts in the shifting. Overall, a good property to stay in Udaipur, though you have of lots of options to explore in Udaipur, you might not get disappointed staying here.

There are no Shops in the Vicinity. You would be Travelling to the City which is about 5 - 6 Km from the resort. Autos and Taxis are available. It is advisable to always Carry Your quota to avoid last minute surprises.
