The Riverside Estate Luxury Private Pool Villa in Udaipur is a farm spread over 2,00,000 sqft area where we have built THE BUNGALOW for guests. The Bungalow is actually a two-step stone cottage with thick walls and made by local artisans in a very tradional way. The Bungalow offers two accommodation options - One king-size double-bed Air Conditioned suite with an attached bathroom and a small kitchen. There is also a private open verandah attached to the Suite. The second accommodation option is a lower basement room with four single beds and space for putting an additional bed. The lower basement room does not have an attached bathroom and is air-cooled (not air-conditioned). The lower basement room is mainly occupied by kids in the Family group or bachelors. The bathroom for the lower basement room is 10 steps away. We normally prefer to rent out the entire bungalow and don't take other guests even if one room is occupied. ** We are PET FRIENDLY but request the guest to not allow pets on the mattress. ** Following is strictly not allowed and if #Gambling #Drugs #Abusive behavior by guests. if noted, we will call police.

A day away from the noise of city, surrounded by nature from all sides, villa is on the top of the hill, pool is really nice & well maintained. Food is good, just makes you feel at home. washrooms, beddings are really neat & clean. A perfect place to chill and relax. guests are well informed about the facilities available.

This was referred by a family friend who stayed at this place during December and was all praise about this place so we thought of giving it a try. I will list down what you will like that will help you to stay at this place and enjoy through out. 1- this place is off the grid still close to city. It took us just 15 minute of taxi ride from the railway station. 2- the food is customised so you can order what you don't they give a variety of options mostly Indian food and you can choose. We booked for 4 nights and took two meals a day at this place and lunch at the city during our sightseeing. 3- it's ideal for big family, we were 6 adults and two kids and we had this place to ourselves. The pool to ourselves and personal caretaker give you a totally different feel. This is our 1st experience of booking a villa. 4- it's a big estate may be roughly 8-10 acre with lots of trees and small farm patches so you will enjoy morning walk within estate. This one we liked a lot. Walking among trees and watching birds in action. Kids were totally in awe. 5- they have an infinity pool, we were first to use it. 6- a small stroll to river, they were kind enough to arrange snacks by the stream. You can spend hours chit chating. Unfortunately we went on last day to the river. Hopefully next time we will spend more time there. 7- trees.. trees and trees and many more coming. The owners can nature oriented and unlike adding a 50 room resort, they jus want to keep minimalist and comfortable. 10 years down the line this place is poised to be transformed totally. We took some pictures just to compare it. I can write endlessly about this place but I don't want to kill the thrill. Caution: this is a unique place and will be appeal to people who love nature more and not only luxury. …

I was planning a vacation with family to Udaipur but this time around I did not want to stay in the city and was looking for some place around which gives us privacy as well as open spaces. We were in luck when we came across the riverside estate. The name itself enticed us to look further and we realised this place offered jut that. Riverside gave me an experience that made an conspicuous spot in my travelling venture. It was fun to take sun bath and wandering near the river was the most awesome experience I had. Feeling the warmth of family by spending time with them under the tree where the cold breeze blowed my stress away made me happy and contented . Hi, I have been to udaipur many times earlier with my family, but my weekend stay over there was an amazing one. At Riverside, you get that peace of mind and body in its calm atmosphere one is looking for. Hi, our stay at the Riverside estate was wonderful. Being a mother of a two year old, I was trapped in my home for a long time due to the covid fear. But as soon as we reached at the Riverside, I was overjoyed to see it. It's a perfect vacation home with its privacy as well as open lush green surroundings.
