We had our reunion here. All the batchmates became overwhelmed with the location, venues for different functions and with excellent food. We had the time of our lives. Mr. Anil Jangid( manager) & Digvijay helped and provided us with the best services. Mr. Sumit Sharma was also very helpful and Chef Mr. Ram served us impeccable food throughout the duration of three days. Above all Mr. Ujjval Menaria gave us an excellent deal.

The property and location are wonderful. The best part of the hospitality is its staff. We had a Corporate event i.e India Green Awards an environmental and sustainability award at the property and Manager Mr. Anil was extremely helpful. They took care of all the arrangements in an excellent way and we had one of the best memories of our event INDIA GREEN AWARDS. We could completely depend on Mr. Anil and the team for everything. Kudos to the staff. Food is also super excellent. as ref. by companies like JSW,JINDAL STAINLESS STEEL, MANKIND PHARMA, and others Highly recommend visiting this place and Planning your Corporate Event.

I came for a wedding of a friend everything was absolutely perfect the staff was very polite and accommodating. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. It’s nice they have also spa so you can book relaxing massage which is needed after dancing whole night. Oh and the food!!! So delicious

I had Organised My Own Function Spending 6 lakhs and I was badly Looted By this Hotel . My Names is Devayu Patel . I’ll tell you How The Did it :- 1) first they Called me to ask for extra money for venue charge where else while the venue charge was including in bill booking of the hotel 2) the tie up decorator Gulshan had Taken order for My setup and they had some1 else’s wedding decoration set up at my Pool side venue which they told that you haven’t payed for the venue so their decoration will stay they said just to loot money . I got removed the decoration of the persons wedding removed from my place removed because it spoiled my set up . He also Looted Me with Extra Money For the Diesel Generator Charges 3) the tie Up Decorator is too much Lethargic he Gave My set up at 8 Pm very late . Starting time of my Party was 5 Pm where as it started at 8 Pm because of these rascals 4) hotel staff Saurabh and Anil were dealing with me and the rude hotel staff came and removed the electricity at 11pm which was very rude behaviour for a person Who has Come With 100 people to enjoy they left me with Lot of shame In front of my friends telling that there are fake complaints for loud music from another guests which was completely fake no complaints were done for loud music . If you end up doing your wedding here at the time of your migrant still the decoration will be going on no guaranteed to Handover Site on time. 5) when we have Booked 50 rooms we won’t have records of exactly who is in which room so they fought with me when I had left 20% payment of staying at hotel pending that you used 5 more rooms just to increase their bill but no room was used extra . 6) hotel staff are all looters and I haven’t filed a police complaint and get records of theft happened at this place but I am planning to file one because during my stay 50 thousand cash was stolen from my luggage bags . 7) they also did wrong billing in alakart food Ordering To increase the bill by items which were never ordered . 8) Most Important Is all the Tie up Decoration with the Decorator was Three times the price of the market rates . 9) the Alcohol Bottles Which I kept For Chilling for My party Also Got Stollen 10) they did not want to arrange the Lunch In another day and wanted to ask For More money So also did not cooperate for Arranging package lunch the Day we left the hotel . I have faced this issue greatly and advise you people who read this to take wise decision About Your Marriage Because In the Name of Of A Destination Wedding These People Will Spoil Your Event and All Your Excitement Will Go To ground Even you have booked at this place change your plans and go somewhere else to make your celebration memorable . This Hotel Should be Given Minus Marks . Kindly Share this complete incident on Your social media for customer awareness . And I am also Planning to File a Legal Police Case on these scoundrels . I have also attached a review of a person who has written review regarding the labhgarh hotel owner misbehaving after drinking . Dear Mr. Devayu, Hope you and your family are keeping well and stress-free. During your event at our place, you were observed so stressed and puzzled. We investigated the raised issue and found that you have booked 23 rooms for 50 people through a travel agency and in your feedback, it is written 50 rooms for 100 persons, which may be by mistake. Further, since your bookings were done through a travel agency and they have instructed us about all your requirements & payment is done by them and in the final, they only instructed us to collect the remaining amount from you. Moreover, you had a booking for 50 people at our resort and for same we have provided a reasonably sufficient venue our that is our poolside which has the capacity of approx. 105-200 people. But you were asking for a very big venue, i.e., our count yard, which has a capacity of approx 600+ persons, so a bigger venue has an operating cost which we asked for, but you refused to pay, and we provided you Poolside without any Charges. In addition, Your setup was done as per your requirement. And this was briefed to you and the travel agent before booking that we have a function the next day and a basic setup will be there on the venue, which adds on your decor. Still, we managed to remove that, as you insisted. Also, It is general practice in all hotels that heavy lights & sound have to be operated on the generator and for same, there are incurred charges and this was also briefed in the beginning. also, All a la carte bills were made according to your orders and charged accordingly and signed by your guests. Also, Decor Rates were briefed and accepted by you and had paid with your consent. On the top, Evening dinner parties start at 7.30 PM and the set up was done by that time. At 5.00 PM, your guest was served hi-tea and was continued till 7.00 PM. Also, as per government norms for loud music, the standard time to close the music in the outside area is 10.00 PM and we have cooperated with you till 11.30 PM, and music was played till 12.20 (at a low volume). Later our manager on duty contacted your personal staff/ guard, and he took permission from your parents and the music was latched with their permission; that might be a point of shame for you in front our your friends. Again correcting you that you were approx. 50 persons. After the party, your few friends shuffled their rooms and slept in other than assigned rooms. Accessing the condition, we have given your friends two additional rooms at night as their friends were not unlocking rooms for them, and a few friends were not ready to go to assigned rooms due to their personal reason. We have not charged that amount from you which technically you are supposed to pay. We are feeling pity for your thoughts and your mental state, as the incident of missing cash & missing alcohol is noticed by you after almost 06 Months and rather than informing your travel agent or us, you are writing it on a public platform to tarnish our image without any valid ground just to blackmail us. Further, FYI you have booked a package with us through your travel agent in which, on the day of arrival, Lunch, Hi tea & Dinner were included and on the day of departure, Breakfast was included. Anything apart from the package would be charged extra. At last, as far as we know, we did everything to make your event pleasant at our property. However, we’re unable to relate to your raised concerns. We suggest you raise complaints during the stay itself so that we can work on them as soon as possible! If you have any suggestions or comments, you can call/ write us directly. As far as we know, with experience of more than 5 years, we did our level best to make your event pleasant at our resort. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the 2. anil ji was wonderful in coordinating and gave us memorable experience.
