This is a beautiful boutique property. it's like being able to have a luxury stay on a budget. The property has aesthetic wall murals all over, that immediately puts you at rest. Our room was spacious with a little Udaipur style sitting area near the window where we took beautiful pictures and it had a separate big changing/storage area to put all our luggage at so it doesn't clutter the room. Service was good, staff was polite and the food at their inhouse Rooftop restaurant was worth every rupee. Since we had traveled to Udaipur by car, the best part was that they had ample parking space in contrast to properties in the old city. Would definitely recommend to book your stay here.

Special thanks to ms. komal, had a great time. She is a true asset for hotel. Pros :- Budget friendly. Elite room was spacious. Fri,Sat,Sunday live music on terrace cafe it's quite famous among localities. Cons :- Terrace cafe is bit costly. Location. Breakfast spread was decent but it could be better. If you are an insta person this place is for u. Beautiful wall paintings and interiors.

It was a clean boutique hotel and the staff was so pleasant and helpful. It is very close to the main city lake and they arrange for three wheelers for you to explore the city! Overall the stay was pleasant and we had a nice time in Udaipur - thanks to the staff

Nothing more than a mediocre B& B. Udaipur is a beautiful picturesque city , but the hotel doesn’t live up to it in vibrance. Only consolation is the view from terrace. Located in a remote area. Staff easy going nothing worth mentioning professionalism. Decor - trying hard to present it as rustic but poorly managed with some colourful wall art . Toilet flush leaking , scarcity in toiletries …. etc, etc Experienced unpleasant nights , could not sleep as there was too much noise from other noisy guests & rooftop restaurant movements .

We stayed here for 2 days and booked 2 elite rooms and Jacuzzi room. Rooms have beautiful decor. Elite rooms are very spacious and good quality stuff. Good staff. You tell them once and they ensure your request is fulfilled. Few things which can be improved 1. Jacuzzi rooms are small. Lot of insects near open Jacuzzi and no toiletries, bathing math leaving rooms wet. 2. Breakfast spread is decent but no supervisor to monitor if food is hot or cold, plates are there or not. Guest have to put lot of efforts in doing these basic arrangements. 3. There is no consistency. In two rooms we had cookies and in one room no cookies. You have to observe what juices are available and order while having breakfast.

Morden touch colourful hotel. Rooms are beautiful and having beautiful paintings done on wall. Rooftop restaurant and beautiful scenery.there is no covered parking available. Staff was helpful and polite. All kind of amenities are available on request. Breakfast is not vast , very few distaste available. It should be improved as per price.

The hotel staff need a crash course in hospitality. We requested an hour of checkout extention which was granted to us by Sierra's royal staff only to get repeated calls from them to come back to hotel and checkout ASAP. We ran back to hotel and 10minutes in and out we checked out. The receptionist didn't have the courtesy to ask us about the stay while leaving seems like we were the offenders for him for checking out 1 hour late. Added to that no help was offered to us to even hold the door open let alone to carry our luggage to the cab. Almost forgot we found some broken nail and hair strands lying around in our room.. the room which they had almost whole day to clean before we actually occupied the room. Not sure why they made such fuss about our late check-out when clearly they don't clean the rooms.🙂 Summing it up just the decor doesn't make a hotel a pleasant stay the hospitality does.…

Lets make it easier, Friday Saturday n Sunday they book reservations from open crowd in udaipur and they completely forget on the people living in their own property for stay. Asking for a extra water bottle takes them 2-3 hours (best part is they were absolutely spot on everyday even after saying politely or blasting them out, it doesnt matter to them). They openly say sorry we have a lot of crowd and we cannot accommodate on immediate basis and apparently this happened with almost everyone only who was staying in this property. The staff does not have any idea how to even speak to the customers, this is specifically for the Managers here, the waiters/housekeeping staff tried very well to ensure I had a good stay, however the managers does not really care and where more concerned about the open crowd coming in and not the people staying. Even asking for an additional pillow was chargeable. Talking on breakfast, practically 3-4 options available only to eat, anything new or extra is chargeable (was not suprised here now), but even to start the day with a good breakfast.... Just not happening! Talking about safety protocols, no masks, no social distancing, no maximum number of crowd to be at the restaurant, no temperature checks, no santiziation available. A person named Gholu (some of the relative of the owner) is the most pathetic guy here. I just request for something to be looked upon here and that guy just needs to ensure his body/abs/style should be up to the mark, forget about the customers staying. I will only recommend this property for the people who doesn't really care on the service. Giving it 1 star on the basis of room only, the only thing you will like, the view and the room is the only point of interest you can see here.…
