It’s a neatly done boutique property with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The pool is well maintained, kids really loved it and made the best of it. The owner has tastefully done the sitting area with loads of books to read.

Besides this the property has a very nice hill view. Kitchen is open through the day and the chef - Puran, does a fantastic job with his Indian food both veg and non veg are mouthwatering. All grocery and consumable shopping is done by the owner himself, largely to keep the staff isolated and safe from any 3rd party contact other then the guest of course. This was quite comforting to us.

I’ll Highly recommend and advised to book the property as a group and try to take most of the 8 rooms for a week or longer. Just be a bit mindful of the approach to the property once inside it is certainly worth every penny that u spend.

We would love to come back again to the property at least one more time if not more.

My entire family and I were reccomended the Premkunj and we loved the idea. We planned to spend the last 2 days of our trip at Premkunj was fully booked so we booked the first two days. It was the best stay just perfect in every way. The Bhupendra was a very warm host full of life and he went out of the way to make our holiday a great one. Very well designed rooms each corner was beautiful .The food was delicious home style meals and the chef personally asked each group what they preferred. This added to the personal touch which one does not find in other properties. The place has a lovely pool and the surrounding Aravali hills were mesmerising. One our visit to the city we all just wanted to get back to Prem Kunj as the entire ambience was so lovely and relaxing. I highly recommend this property for people who love luxury in nature

This is the perfect destination for those who want to experience the beauty & serenity of Udaipur in all its natural splendour, with the strappings of a luxury hotel for that extra ‘vacation pampering’.

Small details make the difference. For instance there is no set menu here. Each meal is prepared on request & especially curated as per the guests request by the passionate Chef and his team with freshly procured local produce. Every dish prepared was finger-lickin’ scrumptious and we over indulged at every meal (as there are no portion sized servings)!

You will find the Perfect host in Mr Bhupendra Singh who will ensure you instantly feel at home. His sense of hospitality is mirrored in his entire team who have redefined the meaning of the Indian adage “ Atithi Devo Bhava” ( Guest is God!)

I have yet to mention the tastefully done interiors but that I’ll leave to the many pictures already posted previously and when they say “It is even better than what you see in the pictures” they are absolutely correct!

The place exudes, warmth, beauty and the true essence of Indian hospitality.

Recommend for families of all age groups, couples looking for a get-away, writers seeking a place away from the bustle of the city, artists in pursuit of that perfect location ( you have the unspoilt beauty of the majestic Aravalli’s , a sleepy hamlet nearby, the pristine Badi Lake Bahubali Hill to name a few) and the stressed corporate looking for just the place to unwind and rejuvenate.
When I read the previous raving reviews, I was a tad sceptical but, they’ve outdone themselves; I am a fan!!
Kudos to the entire team and Thank-you for a most wonderful stay🙏🙏

We were welcomed very warmly, the place was surrounded by greenery and the food had a secret ingredient that a lot of restaurants don't manage to add even after hiring the best of chefs, love. With every bite you could feel the love put into preparing the perfect meal. The rooms are absolutely breathtaking with such tasteful decor 100/100 would recommend

Ensconced in the laps of the Aravali Hills, this boutique hotel is the best experience one can get in the historic city of Udaipur . The ambience , location , food, service , staff as well an extremely polite owner adds to the overall experience of luxury and calm . My room gave me a feel of royalty, yet it felt like a home away from the hustle bustle of the city . Mornings are welcomed with a melodious chirping of birds from the surrounding sanctuary and the breeze filtering through the surrounding greens is a treat to the lungs , a breath for much starved soul and body .
I highly recommend this place for everyone who comes to Udaipur.

The magic that is Premkunj starts to weave it's spell as soon as you see it's absolute loveliness on arrival . Greeted by Bhupendra and staff most refreshing chilled lemon soda you are eased into a world far removed from the hustle of the day to day life. It is very hard to describe atmosphere but languid luxury would come close . Every need is created to quietly and with the utmost dedication to making your stay one to remember what Bhupendra has achieved with Premkunj is completely remarkable the perseverance and vision is astounding .This is a hotel experience that I have not encountered before having stayed in many luxury properties this is by far the best experience I have ever had .To call it a hotel seems inadequate. The closest I can come is to describe it as paying a visit to long time friend of greater intellect and way better taste. My photo are a better indication of the magnificent decor that my limited design vocabulary is capable of .

Bhupendra is the consummate host, a font of knowledge and history .A chat with him is a lesson in charm . He can direct you to the best sights, restaurants , stores or to encourage you to just relax and do nothing.

Any review of Premkunj would be never be complete without mention of the cuisine , in one word wonderful. Chef Puran is just brilliant , I have never eaten food of this quality continually in a hotel before , superbly healthy but with amazing flavour.

Leaving Premkunj was much harder than I expected , I felt like I was leaving friends and family . That is the true magic of a stay, no price can be placed on it. That said I leave in the knowledge that I will be returning again , happy to be back in a place that I'd like to call home.

A lovely & probably the most luxurious homestay in country run by Bhupendra singh the property is 15 minutes drive from city and one of the most peaceful place we ever stayed. After spending two weeks travelling Rajasthan, our stay at Premkunj was just what we needed. Owner Bhupendra Singh go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed & we felt as if we are part of family. We could feel his positive vibes in property, it's rare. He had genuine interest in getting to know you as well as ensuring your visit was comfortable and enjoyable.

From the moment we drove into the gate we knew there was something special about this place .

Thank you so much for making us feel like part of family. We will come back very soon.

Located on a hilltop on the outskirts of Udaipur city, nestled in the lap of tree covered mountains, Premkunj is a delight from the word go. Large, tastefully appointed rooms with crisp fresh linen, period furniture, bric-a-brac around the villa and a sense of tranquility that’s often promised but rarely delivered by boutique hotels. Premkunj lives up to its reputation as an exquisite getaway, where you can lose yourself, whether you are a large family, solo traveller or couple in search of. Some ‘us, time. Impeccable service, be it F&B or housekeeping, kept on their toes by the inimitable host who is usually at the resort for at least a few hours a day. Special mention must be made of the chef ‘raju’, the star of our stay. Whether it was continental or local cuisine, he always hit the sweet spot with his culinary delights . A man who c an make bhaajiyas taste as heavenly as a ‘Lal Maas, definitely needs to be applauded. We spent three days in misty heaven at Premkunj this August, often refusing to leave the enchanting resort . Built over a decade, brick by bric and more importantly one artefact after the other, Premkunj is full of pleasant surprises. So if you are looking for a place to truly unwind in the lap of nature and luxury, with a homely touch, Prem Kunj is a winner all the way
