Situated on the scenic banks of Lake Pichola, Bloom Boutique earns rave reviews for its heritage decor and attentive service, complemented by exceptional rooftop views that captivate many guests. The hotel's atmosphere and rooms are consistently praised for their vintage royal ambiance and pristine condition.
While the hotel's location is a hit for its proximity to attractions, some travelers caution about the high drink prices and occasional billing disputes. Despite these, the hotel's cleanliness and the professionalism of its staff often leave a lasting positive impression.

Detailed Reviews
This is not a hotel, its just like a second home for me, It was really good experience. Hotel is maintained very well , the behaviour of the staff is really polite and special thanks to Mr Mahinder fab manager so kind and polite. Excellent stay room sanitisation, cleaning hotel location is really nice very near to the lake and restaurants and I had a very good experience with them as I left my belongings cost around 45000 and they have informed me and they sent back to my base location in Gurgaon which is really a very good gesture and maintaining their brand and loyalty to their customers. I am really satisfied with the property and their services.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel which is a very well centrally located at the heart of the city. Every tourist attraction is within 2-3 kms from the hotel.
Even though they were understaffed but the small group of staff available are very helpful starting from Ajay at the reception, Chef Arjun Singh managing the kitchen and Jivan at the restaurant and the ever helpful housekeeping staffs
Breakfast is decent but restaurant is usually closed for lunch and dinner. You need to order room service which has minimal options with no bakery items.
We will certainly recommend this place because of the value for money, centrally located and the most important is their hospitality and courteous staff.

We were a group of 5 a we stayed in 2 rooms. The hotel staff was very accommodating and provided a cot for one of the rooms. During our stay everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ravi and Lalit. The hotel itself is like a work of art with beautiful paintings and wood carvings outside of every room. We had breakfast in the hotel (not included in room rates) every day and it was very good and reasonably priced. Al in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

There is no good view of the lake from any part of the hotel, Just a small dirty portion of the lake can be seen. Hot water was only available in early morning, so in a situation like covid if u want to take a hot water bath in the evening or night (in the cold season at a temp which is around 10deg to 12deg) after we return back spending an entire day roaming out bcoz it's a tourist place, you can't!!!
If we ask for anything after 10.30 they don't provide you(even if it's u want an empty glass). Bcoz they say after 10.30 all restaurant services are shut. Just to provide a glass I dnt know how much trouble would it take.
Also noticed other guest were not treated that well, near the reception area,I guess you should train your receptionist a bit, to reply to guests in a polite manner, bcoz he's the face for your hotel and the first point of contact so it does not leave a good impression if he does not know how to show empathy.
The rooms were really small as shown in pics on different websites like make my trip and booking.com
Some more options in breakfast would be appreciated
The good points are that it's at a location where the attractions are nearby and u dnt need to travel alot for most of the places to visit,
Some staff members were really good, like the guy handling the breakfast buffet and the cleaning staff.
You shud really try to change ur room service timings bcoz that's something that should be there 24*7 or atleast till 12 in the night.
And also the hot water shud be 24*7
How do you expect people to take bath in cold water in such a freezing weather at night.

We stay here for 2 nights where we can’t sleep deeply because our room is on 3rd floor and they set breakfast on 4th floor. The staff moves the chairs and tables all the time around 5-6 am. Very noisy. The breakfast is limited of choices not a continental style. The location of the hotel is locate like the edge of the lake where you have to walk 10-15 minutes to downtown. Price is very high compare with service you get. Staff is not helpful ☹️

We recently stayed at Bloom and had a mixed experience. The staff are all very helpful, prepared a great itinerary for us, restaurant recommendations and tea for us on the closed rooftop. The rooftop is charming and has a view over the city. The hotel was a bit let down by the facilities, the room we had was very small, poorly finished and the sewage smell backed up in the bathroom. All in all the service was great but let down by the quality of the hotel room. Hope the current renovations in the hotel may lift the rooms to the same standard as the staff.

This newly refurbished hotel is filled with charm provided by both its staff and its decor. The rooftop lounge and dining area has fantastic views and the food was delicious. If you are interested in traditional Indian breakfasts, then definitely sign up for the breakfast with your room. The breakfast room is beautiful, the coffee is bottomless and the service is attentive.
I visited Udaipur with my 79 year old mother and we were close enough to sights and experiences to walk to most of the big ones. However, the TukTuk drivers were nearby if you were tired of walking.
The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. The staff was accommodating and our experience was so enjoyable that my mother and argued about who got credit for finding Bloom Boutique. LOL

The location is good for people like me who self-drive. Wide roads to allow easy parking compared to most of the hotels in Udaipur.
A day before I received a call from hotel mentioning the rooms are on different floors which I declined post which they managed to put me on same floor. Though not sure, but probably my room type was upgraded to take my request into consideration. However, the cleaning level of one of the rooms was not up to the standard claimed by Bloom group. The water pressure in shower gave me a feeling of drip bathing instead of showering. In the other room, the shower curtain was dirty but manageable. I did not raise the issue on day 1 as was in a rush for sightseeing. Shower related issues came up next morning and that's when I complained to the reception team. The intercom was not functional in the room, as some guest had pulled the internal wiring hard enough to damage it (as claimed by reception). Went for day 2 sightseeing and returned around 2.30. Since the cleaning time for hotel is 2 PM till 4 PM, the rooms were still dirty. I called up the Manager to get it expedited and he was prompt to acknowledge the lack of sensitivity to a complaint and got it cleaned as soon as he can. The bathroom fittings were also replaced but pressure issue did not get resolved (probably it was only with hot water in morning hours).
The good part of hotel was food which was good, tasty and was served by Nobles of Mewar on 4th floor restaurant.

Great little hotel not too far from all the action - very clean with extremely helpful & friendly staff.
The hotel has some amazing interior decorations & pictures/ paintings - truly depicting the vibe of Rajasthan!
We stayed in one of the ‘Palace Suite’ rooms which was very spacious with a very large bathroom - the bedroom view also giving a glimpse of the beauty of the Lake!
We were told you can walk into town, but each time we went out we got either a rickshaw from outside or called an Ola.
We didn’t have breakfast, but did order some room service (chilli garlic potatoes, masala tea, cold coffee) all of which were very good.
All round enjoyable stay!

The hotel was clean and the beds were really comfortable, the room was large and though we didn’t have a great view from our bedroom the room from the restaurant was beautiful and we could see the monsoon palace and the city Palace. On the first day we arrived what made the especially nice for us was that the hotel management provided a Tour Guide free of charge for the first hour to show us round the old city the guide was both knowledgeable and helpful and also we then paid him to take his round the city Palace which was a reasonable price. The whole time we stayed there of the three days the hotel staff were extremely helpful and our suitcase was broken by the luggage handlers at the airport and the hotel staff helped us organise and take it to repair shop, it was repaired like brand-new and then they arrange for it to be picked up and brought back to us at the hotel.
