Stayed at Amar Kothi in February 2020. It was rather cold at night but the staff were receptive enough to arrange for a heater in my room. For a budget traveller this is an ideal hotel. Karan, who is in charge of the Hotel is extremely polite and always willing to assist. The food was excellent and the location is superb. location is excellent being very close to all sightseeing places as well as in close proximity to The Trident and Oberoi Hotel. The rooms are spacious and more importantly, there was continuous flow of hot water in the taps.Much needed in the cold winters!

A very awesome place to visit at ''Amar Kothi''. I enjoyed very much being it the hospitality, security, privacy, food and beverages. The staff was very courteous and the services were impeccable. I would specially like to thank Mr. Karan Singh Naruka for being benevolent with us. The houskeeping staff was ameliorative for making our journey a true success and enjoyable.
I would recommend others to visit the place for making their journey, enjoyable inclusive of all the pre requisites thereto.

The only good part of the hotel is tat it's very centrally located and the taste of the food is good. Other than that thrs nothing much to write abt the hotel. The staff lacks professionalism and seem to be lost most of the times . The room we chose was the king size bed but we got twin sharing whch was changed the next day. The room did not have hot water and hence we had to settle for luke warm water rather cold water... So in short we were forced to have bath at night ,this ways atleast we could get a little warm. The spread of food is extremely poor, though the taste was good but very very limited options. All in all to sum it up if u are traveling with family especially kids kindly avoid this hotel. And not at all worth the money spent

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel provides good spacious rooms, Commuting to any place in the city of Udaipur is a mere 15 mins drive. The staff is cooperative. And the owner himself- Mr. Prithvi is very welcoming- became a friend in my 3 days stay.
Found my place to stay every time I visit Udaipur.

Exceptional service, polite staff, travelled with 2 senior citizens and an infant, faced no discomfort, all the needs were timely catered. Would definitely recommend it to everyone, any age group, to choose this place for their trip to udaipur. Third visit in this year. The stay has been great as always, This hotel is centrally located and has a proper panaromic view of the city palace, lake pichola and the Taj Lake palace hotel. The owner Prithviraj personally interact with guests. The food has been great as always .
I strongly recommend this place a must visit.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay when you have to go for sight seeing within udaipur (i.e. old city). The perfect location can get you anywhere within minutes. The rooms are spacious,well maintained and gives your typical rajasthan welcome feeling. One good thing is they have used pure marble on most of the hotel which keeps the royal vibe. Another good aspect, which is a major one,is the food. The food was really good and high quality. Right from breakfast till dinner,the taste was upright perfect. Mr. Harikishan Sharma ji is a person,who knows how to maintain a good relationship with the customers. He really maintained a good hospitality during the hotel.

Food is amazing at the property. Especially the 31st buffet was very nice and next day lunch. Gatta curry and kofta were stand out, also the pulao. Soups that is tomato and veg clear were also perfectly made. In desserts custard and gulab jamun were stand out.
