Conde Nast Hot list:-Until now among the best places to stay in Udaipur have been princely piles on shores of Lake Pichola or its fairy-tale island palace. Located on a hilltop, a 20-minutes drive towards west of the city, this newly constructed hotel incorporates local stone and antique sugar-white pillars, crenellations, and intricate jali screens, it escapes the kitschy through its graceful proportions and airy reception areas, courtyard and verandas-all of which are graced with antiques and delicate frescoes inspired by the Rajput miniatures. Lie by the infinity pool, listening to the sounds of splashing fountains mingling with live classical flute music. The hotel kitchen is best with local Mewari dishes, which are a welcome change from standard Indian hotel fair.

Located at a serene place over a hill top, Fatehgarh palace is a unique experience in itself while visiting Udaipur. The view of Udaipur City from the property is simply breathtaking. Moreover it was a very comfortable stay. The staff was nice, warm and well behaved.

Rooms were great. Pool is beautiful. Hosts and ambience is very hospitable. Our personal room attendants and hostess were extremely professional. Food is great too. Overall amazing and repeatable experience. If you want mental peace and calm ambience, fatehgarh is absolutely for you. All their properties are awesome.

I have no words to describe this awesome resort Seen so much resort but fategarh is fabulous resort ever seen and best part its location and its staff behaviour is so good and food is made by manojbhai chef is so delicious and some staff i remember some name govind bhai bharat bhai nd bhurabai and rekhabai so good and i lastly i just say whenever any have to come udaipur came once to fategarh resort u will never forget this resort...🤗
