I’m so glad I booked my stay at Bamboo Saa Udaipur. Stayed for 2 nights with my family including my toddler and had an absolute blast! We were welcomed with refreshing drinks, a pastry and a tour of the resort! Amazingly beautiful, clean and vast 5 star property with all the best amenities and activities one can expect for themselves and kids too! My baby loved the magic show, puppet show and the play area. The resort was very nearby to major sightseeing places such as biological zoo, fateh sagar lake, and other shops. What I loved the most about the resort is the staff and the service you get. Everyone you come across has a smile on their face and wishes you Namaste, ready to help you with anything you may need. Thank you Sakshee for helping with the booking, Melisha for warm welcome and guidance. Rajesh ji, the best restaurant manager, for being so kind and helpful! Restaurant staff Buddhadeb and Harshandeep for your support! Oh and Sakshee again for arranging balloons and cake in our room for my girl on her birthday! MUST stay here if you visit Udaipur.

The staff is very polite and patient. I called them multiple times to enquire about various facilities which they provide and they answered my enquiries without a hint of irritation. The measures to safeguard against corona spread are very good too. Upon arival they have provisions to sanitize the luggage of guests, their shoes and hands. Staff members keep their own masks on at all times. Surroundings are good. Rooms are spacious. All in all, apart from a loose connection of hair dryer in the bathroom, I can't think of anything which could count as negative experience in my whole trip.

We stayed at this resort from 25-27th Dec'20. The check-in experience was not so good as the resort was understaffed and as such there was no one to attend to us. Further, despite reaching the resort at around 12.30 PM, we were not allotted the room and were told to wait for 10-15 mins to get the room ready (this is despite conveying them on prior day about our arrival and time). Finally we checked in Patang cottage, which seemed good from outside with private balcony, bath tub open to sky, good location just near the pool. However, overall the furniture, iron top in balcony was bit rusted and seemed very old without any maintenance being undertaken.
The breakfast spread, taste and overall food quality is quite good (although bit costly). Also, would like to call out the resort has some limitation on the number of coffee mugs being placed in the room, although we paid for three adult guests, but there was always some kind of struggle to ask for coffee mugs and the resort issued only two coffee mugs at a time...seems bit weird.
The staff was very courteous and promptly responded to our requests. There is an adventure zone which we did not explore considering the recent covid exposure. The hotel follows all the safety norms with mask, sanitizer etc although would have appreciated a small sanitizer bottle in the room.
Overall, based on the experience, I would rate this property as 3 star considering some maintenance work required by the hotel management.

1. The checkin and checkout was quick, did not had to wait for long.
2. Mostly staff members were helpful and sweet and made sure the things were taken care off.
3. The program for New Years was exciting and the performances by the artists was good. They showcased Rajasthani culture. It was a good evening.
4. Complimentary they take care of your small needs, they give you slippers, loofa, soaps, shaving kits, bathrobe. We liked that!
5. House keeping staff is helpful and quickly gives you whatever you have asked for.
Cons:
1. They come in your room to make the extra bedding without taking permission and open the room with their master key. This was not appreciated. I understand the hotel staff should inform and not open the door without informing the customer. When raised this with the reception, the person at the reception said it’s their policy. And they can enter the room whenever they feel like.
2. One lady of the total staff was very impolite and spoke by pointing finger. Firstly they said there is no table allotment. Later, that lady told by raising her finger and pointing out that our table number is this We found that rude and unprofessional.
3. At the time of breakfast their sitting capacity is less you have to wait long for the tables to be vacant. No management!
4. The dinner buffet was not tasty. The taste of the snacks was not good at all.
5. After the checkout, you have to wait long at the main gate. Once they get confirmation only then you’ll be allowed to go. This process can be improvised.
6. The quality of dental kit was extremely bad. The plastic of the tooth brush was coming off.
7. It’s away from the main city, commuting can be problem if you have to visit the main places of Udaipur.
Conclusion: It was an average stay! You can find lot more properties at this price or even at a less cost.

The stay was amazing. Everything was good. View, food, room service, staff and top it on cleanliness was superb. Enjoyed staying. Services were excellent. In this pandemic situation, werein staying outside seems to be unsafe, this place and staff make sure that everything is will senitised, cleaned properly. I've booked the 5 rooms over phone instead of online booking where I was getting rooms at cheap cost. I've reached at 2:30. I've asked them to arrange food for driver and add the charges in my room and reception agreed but when I sent him to respective unit, they asked for money. That means food was available but issue was the money only than I spoke to front desk and they were saying that restaurant is closed but restaurant was agree to provide lunch but only if my driver will pay in cash. Apart from that the children's play area is too small that too not in a sperate area. Adventure Zone was not maintained or in working condition. Water in the pool smells really bad. I've booked 5 rooms along and they have given us excuse that only one room will be in separate area because I've confirmed a room after 2 days. No isses. But when we reached there they booked rooms at 3 different locations saying that we have given you better location. That was totally an excuse. Yet after when I said that we have 4 infants with us so it will take just 30-45 minutes late to check out but their attitude was like No, We Can't Give you extension. When I said that you agreed while booking and they replied that we cannot. I agreed. When I went to reception, I've seen that each n every guest was checking out late.

We booked Bamboo saa resort for our honeymoon and the resort was so beautiful and clean. Food and beverages were super good . We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. We took both dinner and breakfast buffet and food was so delicious and hygienic. Special thanks to Mr. Ram, Mr. Lallan, Mr. Prem, Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Ranjan, Ms. Geet , Mr. Subhash, Mr. Vikas they all treated us like there family. Chef - Ershad Mondal was soo amazing each and every dish cooked by him was delicious. Thanks for the candle light dinner arranged by the resort it was amazing. We will surely visit again. Book it guys without a single doubt .

We stayed at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa Udaipur on February 10, 2020 on occasion of our friend's birthday. Everything went so smooth from booking their Patang Cottage, to smooth check-in to so welcoming & soothing atmosphere.
Starting with the room, the beds were very comfortable and room was very neat, clean & well maintained. We ordered cake (it is on extra charge) during booking only for birthday celebration and it was very good in taste. The food at the resort was fantastic.
Staff was very courteous and helpful during entire stay. Special thanks to Geet Dube at the resort who helped us to get back our License which we forgot at resort. She was very helpful in looking into that, assisting on it and sending our license via courier. Kudos to her and entire team.
Overall a delightful stay at the resort.

After staying at home for more than 6 months, we (friends) decided to plan a trip to udaipur. After looking for many properties, we decided to finalise bamboo saa and we we have no regrets. We stayed for two days and enjoyed every bit of a moment. They have their own sunset or sunrise point and various types of room categories and all are good in their own way. Food price is a bit high and limited options but you can order food from outside if you want. I will prefer to stay again here.
