We had an amazing stay at this property. Perfectly located in front of Fateh Sagar Lake. Evenings are amazing to enjoy at the roof top restaurant. Gave one less star because of some delays in service otherwise we had a great experience. Best Service was provided to us by Rajkumar at the last day. 5 star for him especially :)

You see i booked this hotel through agoda. We have make a special request for providing drop to UDZ station ,the staff dint read that and when i asked for the same they were charging 700 Rs. It must be the responsobility of hotel to provide drop facility.They haven't organized any party in new year so we went to panna vilas palace. We asked for water they again replied it is charageable. This hotel is not worthy to be called as hotel . It is a guest house and must be cost around 2000 Rs.Dont book it ,they are expert in ruining your experience. Hey they dont have kettle in room, combs,slippers.

The only disappointing thing in our Rajstban trip was Udaypur Hotel named Inder Prakash. This hotel was suggested and booked considering its location on the bank of Fateh Sagar lake and roof top restaurant. Though room was spacious and heritage, staff was not professional. Room service was not good. Also there was spitting mark on the room number 306 wall. Hotel spoiled our plan to have roof top dinner since they had arranged a Christmas party in their terrace restaurant. No guest were informed about this event by Hotel staff. We only came to know when we went to restaurant. At the restaurant entrance staff informed us that party entry pass is of Rs. 1500 per person, food and drink charges will be extra at actual. Further they informed that party is overbooked and no passes were available now. When we asked to manager the reason for not informing guest, he bluntly replied to talk to owner. It was very unprofessional approach by Hotel management and it felt like they do not care about their guests and their plans who has booked their hotel well in advance. Even food quality was not good. I suggest to think several times before booking Inder Prakash, Udaipur Hotel. What you see and what you get is always not same.…

I would never ever refer this property(roof top restaurant)to any one because of staff behavior third class staff because of location they are only enjoying customer walking Owner should immediately pay attention on rudeness of their staff behavior. Near by rooftop at same location is having professional and good behavior . On the other hand only reception person was trying to listen customer feedback and solve issues.

Lake view & roof top is the best thing about this hotel’s restaurant. Went for dinner. Lovely ambience, delicious food & courteous staff. Also you can carry your own liquor bottle. (The charge you approximately INR 700.)

This place has one of the best lake view you can imagine in Udaipur. the only thing that disappointed me was their slow service. it took more than 25 minutes to serve the food. But when the food arrives the scenario got changed, why? Cause I had the best Murg Dhungaar in the town. Alongside of Paneer Tikka Masala Gravy and Butter Naan. It was so so so delicious. But than again! They took more than 15 minutes to serve one butter naan. And almost 15 minutes to present the bill. They should improve their service.

The location was perfect with super deluxe rooms overlooking Fateh sagar lake we stayed for two nights the staff was courteous they have a n open roof restaurant where you have candle light restaurant and an open see through kitchen parking is also available
