This place is full of cons and cons. Happen to be here to attend a wedding. 1. Place is far away in a Village in Udaipur – no taxi driver would come here unless you pay them return charges – Uber app showed fare of 370Rs and Taxi driver demanded Rs1000 – more then return fare. 2. Mobile network is pathetic so is internet. 3. The 1 BHK room behind the main hotel are pathetic – they smell, fans make noise, towels smell, fridge do not cool. Room service is nonexistent – beds are not made, room not cleaned. The person who checked us in was surprised to water bottles kept there and wanted to take them back as if they were left by mistake. Panni bhee nhi milega is hotel mei if it were to left to the hotel staff. 4. No iron/iron board in the rooms, it was just meeting the standard of govt owned 1* rest houses. 5. Bare minimum toiletries are provided – I mean hotel is saving money there 6. Breakfast lacks variety and taste was bad real bad. You get better food even at road side shanty shop. 7. Reception is manned by cold people. 8. The live counter staff at chaat stall at Marriage claimed to be from Agra specially there for the wedding – one of them later admitted that they are employees of hotel and are local. 9. Lifts at the 1 BHK apartment rooms are in bad shape. We asked for a change in room and we are told to get approval from the host. Even after getting that the event management person was rudely asking what was wrong in the room allotted. You are not paying us, rather we are paying you – learn to be polite. The extra bed meant a mattress on the floor… that too a 3 inches thick smelly mattress. 10. Normal checkout time in any hotel is 12:00 noon and we were nearly pushed out of the room by 10:30 AM and packed in bus to Airport by 12:00 Noon when we had flight at 3:30 PM. Looks like they wanted to get rid of us and rent out the place to next set of people 11. The event management is owned by owners of the hotel and they ensured that guests have a horrible time – they kept groom and bride family busy – we were left as spectators sitting watching those people dance for bride and groom. I would say they took out warmth of traditional wedding – pathetic event management and a bad destination wedding. 12. One has come for the wedding and to meet the relatives but if event management team has chalked out a program where everyone is dancing (immediate family of bride and groom) for hrs then imagine what would happen. Bhai there are other people who are there also. 13. The traditional clicking of snaps with bride and groom did not happen as again the event management company ensured that they have some event that kept bride and groom busy for 2 hrs after jai mala. 14. In short it was a monkey dance and show and we were to watch it. Tip for Wedding guests: Ask your host are you getting place in main hotel or in 1 BHK apartments. If it is latter, then make your own arrangements for stay. Dharamshalla is much better than these outhouses. …

Before booking I was tensed how will be the resort' but after coming to resort I was very happy, resort is awesome, rooms are superb , jain food excellent and mainly staff and hospitality was awesome, and lastly thanks to shikha mam , bcoz of her I have booked spectrum Resort

Good hotel but little away from city. Good for vacation. Corporate events can be sone here as they have got ample space to accommodate the conference. Food was good but they serve only vegetarian meals only. Apart from hotel rooms that have also got apartments also.
