So wished we had booked more than a two night stay at Khem Villas, not only to do another tiger safari but also to walk around the surrounding countryside - pure bliss. We stayed in one of the tents and it was unexpectedly luxurious. Large bathroom, hot water, comfortable beds and the hot water bottles at turn down were wonderful ( and appreciated). Resort is beautiful- well laid out, lovely peaceful havens including a small pool, fire pit for evening drinks with fellow guests. Food is vegetarian and as a keen carnivore I thought I would struggle but it was more than adequate, in fact delicious at times. Meal times at this time of year can be cool and they provide charming charcoal burners by each table for comfort but warm clothing is needed. The Khem team are very

This is a fascinating place, in the heart of nature, where one can go on nature tours and tiger safaris in Ranthambore Park. We had a Cottage, which we preferred, rather than a tent. It had a large bedroom - not fancy, but very adequate - with a substantial private bathroom. Cottages 5 to 8 look out on a small lake, and would be our favorites. They are a short walk to the dining room and bar. The manager and staff are very helpful, and provide a lot of information on the surrounding nature. There are a morning and an afternoon safari ride through the park. Don't expect to see a tiger, but be wonderfully surprised if you spot one. The tigers there are magnificent, but so is all the nature there. There is a buffet, which is somewhat limited, and we think, exclusively

Only stayed two nights but should have done more. Stayed in a cottage which was lovely. This ecolodge supports the local community and has its own varied wildlife, including crocodiles. Food is all vegetarian and as a meat eater I found it delicious. You have to visit Ranthambore Reserve and see tigers. We were provided with blankets and hot water bottles for the early morning start. A real tick off the bucket list

Great hotel in Ranthambore - feels like a game lodge from a bygone ega with the library. Fantastic staff including the naturalist experts. Beautiful location. Great campfires in the evening. Staff could not be more welcoming or helpful. The team here make a genuine effort to protect the widlife and environment whilst supporting the local villages.

We stayed 2 nights, 3 days at Khem Villas during a two-week trip through Northern India - it's the one place we said we wished we would've stayed longer at! The service was excellent (a dedicated team of naturalists and simply everyone doing their job whole-heartedly), the rooms beautiful (go for a cottage if you can, but everything is lovely), the property spotless overall and very well-located - right by the park, meaning proximity to the formal entrance but also right by the wildlife action!
