Detailed Reviews
Tiger Moon Resort is a great idea of a weekend getaway. Excellent location, right next to the wild forest, we heard that the tiger often walks through the resort. One of the oldest properties in the region, it offers well furnished cottages, delicious food and a peaceful retreat. You can ask the friendly staff to light a bonfire next to your cottage for INR 500. Kanji was my 'bonfire' man who alongwith his other colleagues tried to make our stay comfortable.. The manager Sandeep was so very helpful and patient with all our requests and demands. He ensured that our stay was enjoyable.
High points: Excellent location, beautiful natural surroundings, helpful and friendly staff, hospitable hotel management, great food.
However, there are few things which can be improved: The rooms can be made more comfortable with better furniture and furnishings; water heating follows the traditional boiler heated by fire wood which doesn't really heat up the water enough.; the doors and windows are not in a good shape, often difficult to shut and without latches. Rooms can be very chilly during winter and there is no heater available.
Overall it was a great experience. This is definitely a place where I would go back to again.

A well maintained property in reserve and its only property inside national park , The Gm. Mr. Pradeep is very courteous and helpful person along with his staff members who are ready to serve you on time. What can be one of the most sought after properties in Ranthambore is reduced to a mixed bag simply because of mismanagement.
I believe this property could have been amazing or has the potential to be best but our stay was marred by several issues which was probably because of unprofessional arrangements.
We stayed here for 2nights as a family group and they offered us very dirty and shabby rooms that had not been cleaned or aired for months since lockdown. Some rooms had boiling water in the tap and some had ice cold water for a chilly December. Towels were dirty, cobwebs and dust all around. After several rounds of complaining, we were shifted to better and cleaner rooms and were compensated by lighting a camp fire outside our rooms. It seems they were short changing the rooms with newer bookings whereas we had paid for it entirely 6weeks in advance. Services, food and general hospitality was subpar because of lack of manpower.
What could have been an amazing stay was a let down.

I had visited tiger moon resort with my family and friends.
A very vibrant atmosphere with a well laid out landscape. Feels like we were staying in the jungle itself.
The food was a standout backed up by attentive staff trying to cater to any need we had during the stay.
They arranged a lovely bonfire for my family on the last night with a tribal show.
They have small activities for the kids like pottery, games and a large pool which keeps the kids entertained.
The rooms were really spacious (4 people per room could fit) and comfortable.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

This resort was a great stay! It is so close to the Ranthambore National Park entrance and the real stars of the place are the staff. Everyone is so nice and sweet, especially Bablu and Sankar. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped us feel like family.
The resort itself had spacious rooms, a swimming pool, and great buffet meals in their restaurant. Additionally they have a small building you can get to the top of so you can view the animals from the resort itself. The very first night we were there, Sankar came running to our room to let us know they saw a tiger! We ran up and we’re fortunate to see them!
Also! Before getting to the resort I emailed them at the time of booking to get several things reserved; driver from my hotel in Jaipur, driver from the resort to the Ranthambore Fort, 3 safari drives, and a driver from the resort to the Jaipur airport. I was in contact with Najeeb the whole time and made the process super simple and easy to book. Najeeb was always in communication with me once I go to the resort to make sure my drivers showed up on time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tiger Moon. It's a very relaxing place close to the reserve. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was really tasty. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Dinner is not served until around 8 but there is afternoon tea each day which is a nice touch. We had to leave early so the staff got up early to cook us breakfast which was very much appreciated. The resort is about 1.5km from the local village but it was nice to walk into the village and get a chai at the local chai walla.

This resort was really good with lot of greener patches filled with lovely trees and so many courteous and helpful staff - the reception desk guys, cafeteria people, guards and all were always there to answer all our queries.
Beautiful cottages, great food, lovely puppies, swings for kids, pottery making and a short movie made our stay memorable.
Special mention of the reservation booking person named Najeeb located in Mumbai who had great customer service orientation and fulfilled all what he had promised, thanks to him that we finally could go for the jungle safari. He was always accessible to solve any problem and guided us well on places to visit.
Also, the cafeteria team - Dinesh and team made all efforts to keep the guests happy and contented. Sometimes I felt that they were overworked and needed more rest.
The only not so good point was the entry road to the resort... however we got habitual within a day as everything else was so good.

Highly recommended. We booked two rooms for three days at Tiger Moon Resort as a getaway after a long conference. The rooms were clean and food was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us book a round trip driver from Jaipur airport as well as daily safaris to see tigers and other beautiful wildlife at nearby Ranthambore National Park. The resort is tucked away from the village and offers a peaceful setting. Daily visits to the lodge by grey langur monkeys and rose-ringed parakeets and the sight of a striped hyena strolling by one morning were delightful bonuses!

We stayed in tiger moon for two nights with friends.
Our stay has been a tormentic one the manager pradeep was the biggest disappointment who could not deliver on anything. We asked him to provide food in our room that he was not able to provide.
The rooms were dirty and pathetic and full of sepage.
The pool was dirty the garden was full of litter.
Charging usd 100 for a night and not providing quality services are not the requisites of any good hotel.
We were really disappointed.
