We had a wonderful stay at the property. simply splendid. The tents interior give you a royal palatial feel and the food is delicious too. Would highly recommend staying at this property for hospitality, food, luxury stay and prompt services.

This hotel has cottages. Very peaceful place. We stayed here for a day and it was a relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The food here isn’t too good. Otherwise the overall experience was too good.

One word that describes the entire experience. The property is magnificent. No word to describe it. It is spread over god knows how many acres of land. There are 20 bewitching tents divided into three categories. The tents are spacious. Some of them have the typical machan

We booked Sultan Bagh a few months in advance of our trip. Tents and the common area are a bit jaded. The biggest negative for us was absence of a space heater given the cold weather. Food was just about okay and safaris which we booked through the hotel were managed fine.

Hi We stayed here and they never got back to any of our emails before arriving either. Everything was fine when we go there and they were helpful but they mustn't look at their emails

Only transport would be a cab that your hotel can arrange.

I would get some from the bank before you leave (enough for the first day or so) and then take money out on your bank card from a local bank. But, I would check with your bank to make sure that your bank card will work in India. Another option for most hotels and some restaurants is to pay by credit card. However not everyone will take credit cards, so you'll have to check with your hotels and you'll need cash for restaurants, taxis and rikshaws.

It depends on the zone that you have been allotted. Zones 1-5 take about 10-15 minutes; Zones 6-7 take about 20-25 minutes; and Zones 8-9 take about 30-40 minutes. The entry fee to the Jungle is included in the Cantor / Gypsy price as you can only go there through government approved Cantor or Gypsy. Ours was an office negotiated trip and they negotiated the price with the resort management at Rs. 1000 for the Cantor per head and Rs. 1500 for the Gypsy per head. The Resort only booked the Cantor and the Gypsy for us.
