Fantastic place, good ambiance, good garden. But very small place for a resort. Food is okay at restaurant. Lots of construction going on when we travelled in Nov 24, so too much dust. Staff are good and supportive. We went there as a group of 15 families from office. Overall good stay.

I regret choosing Tiger Kingdom Club Mahindra for my stay at Ranthambore. The room was poorly maintained: the linen was stained and rough, the bed sheets smelled musty, and the towels were frayed and dirty. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and the water tap was broken.

The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. The menu card looked cheap and unprofessional, and the food was overpriced, low-quality, and tasteless. The portion sizes were small, and the overall dining experience felt like something out of a budget hotel, not a reputed brand like Club Mahindra.

Staff at the reception were indifferent to our complaints, showing little interest in resolving any issues. The location is the only positive, but the poor facilities and lack of service made this stay a total letdown. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Tiger Kingdom, Ranthambore, which I had booked through Club Mahindra for a three-day stay from November 24. While the room itself were spacious and comfortable, I was disappointed by the overall state of the resort. Upon arrival, I noticed that the resort was in dire need of maintenance. The shrubs and trees were overgrown and had not been pruned since long, giving the place ugly jungly and unkempt appearance. The grass had not been cut, except for a small patch near the reception area. Construction was also taking place nearby, causing loud and irritating sounds of stone cutting throughout the day. In addition to this, room service was available only on payment of 20% extra if we requested it. As a result of these issues, we decided to check out one day early and booked a room at Clark Resort also Club Mahindra Property nearby on a payment basis. I strongly recommend that other Club Mahindra members to avoid Tiger Kingdom until the construction is complete and the resort is properly maintained at par with other Club Mahindra properties. This was in my opinion the worst-maintained property I have ever visited, and I hope that Club Mahindra will take action to address these issues as soon as possible.

Our first visit to Ranthambore was excellent. Quite serene surroundings of Tiger kingdom resort were the perfect backdrop for a relaxed outing. Individual cottages with large rooms and washrooms, with secluded sit out balconies were thoroughly enjoyable. A picture perfect large pool in a sunken garden setup is a sight to savor.

Poor quality of food, untrained and rude staff and limited connectivity to main tourist attractions. No cabs readily available to go to safari departure area. Gardens and cleanliness maintained. None of the staff are ready to help with even basic queries.

Good morning existing Club Mahindra Members Club Mahindra Members and other people who might be thinking of becoming club mahindra members!

Posting after a long time. Was off social media but have reactivated my account specifically for this post. Just to post this reminder/warning regarding Club Mahindra.

We had booked a holiday with club mahindra Ranthambore where we had a horrible horrible experience. On our second night at the resort we ordered room service and accidentally broke the bowl which contained the vegetable. Therefore, we reordered the same vegetable which arrived quite promptly.

We were two families travelling together, mine and my brother in law’s family which included 3 kids. The kids being hungry started eating first and by the time we adults started to eat had already finished their dinner.

When my brother in law, the first amongst the adults to start to eat, took his first bite of the food he realised there were several pieces of glass in the vegetable. You can imagine the concern that arose in our hearts when we looked at our kids. They had already eaten such food.

However, the experience does not end there. It keeps getting worse and worse.

On calling the restaurant, the food and beverages manager, quite rudely, stated that he was having his food and he will take half an hour to come to address our issue. He came only after we went to the reception with our concern and the night manager called him there. We showed him the pieces of glasses. But he kept saying that such a thing was not possible. Instead of an apology we found ourselves in a fight.

On having the chef being brought out we realised that the chef was drunk. He also completely denied having served us the same vegetables with the broken pieces in a fresh bowl. He stated that the restaurant keeps the gravy prepared and all he had to do was put in the pieces of paneer and serve. So we realised that not only were we served food with broken glasses in it, the food that was served was stale even without the broken pieces of glasses in it. That is a health concern on another level as well.

And to add insult to injury, quite literally, the cook, shamelessly, told us to feed the kids bananas so that they do not suffer internal injuries due to the glasses in the food. You can imagine the frustration that we must have felt.

The night manager called the Club Mahindra representative who was at his home and not on the property and he said he understands the concern and shall address it when he comes the next day. By this time we were so angry that we decided to see it through and wait for the representative to see him and see how he addresses the issue in person even though we were supposed to leave the next day.

The following morning, still without apologies, the club mahindra representative came and, although politely, straight away said that he could not do much as this was an associate property and not a property owned by club mahindra. He had the food bill deleted for that evening only deleted from our dues and at that time the day manager actually had the nerve to ask us to pay for the bowl we broke as he was ready to forgo the food bill. This was highly unacceptable. I told him that we were not trying to raise an issue to save our money on the food bill and gave away the amount of the food fill plus some extra as tip to the waiters and other menial staff. Club mahindra representative did not bring out the restaurant manager and the chef out in the morning.

After leaving with very bad memories and still concerned about the well being of our kids I was asked to submit my feed back through a msg from club mahindra. On giving very bad reviews I was called by a representative called Shoaib who, initially, looked concerned and mentioned that he called me even though it was his day off. I asked him to call me the next day if it was his day off. My mistake.

He did not call the next day. On the day after I called him. He said he shall call me on Monday as he was on leave till Monday. I’m yet to be called back by him after approximately 4-5 Mondays have passed.

On sending an email to Club mahindra, I got a call saying that my issue is being looked into and that I’ll be called soon. That was approximately two weeks ago. And I have still not been called back.

This proves beyond any doubt that club mahindra is merely here to earn money at their customer’s expense. They don’t care about us. They have no empathy for us. They have quite a large amount of apathy for us. Give us your money and get lost is their motto.

My intention for such a long post is that Ckib Mahindra is quite aggressively looking for new members and asks their existing members to refer new members to them offering quite lucrative offers for such referrals. I most humbly request the existing members to please not refer new members to them to avoid our near and dear ones suffer such apathy. I’m sure you would understand that such new members through our referrals will ultimately curse us for having them stuck in such a lousy company.

Broken pieces of glasses served in stale food and still not taking any action against the perpetrators is something that I shall forever expect from Club mahindra.
