Regency made me to change my benchmark for selecting properties for future trips any where in India. It has become my benchmark now. From front desk to restaurent excellent service. Allocated a room till the time our cottages gets ready to check in a good gesture. Every staff member always ready to help and serve with a smile. Restaurent manager, chef and other staff made sure we enjoy food and service. Never came across so many variety for buffet. No negative points. Pool side cottage is recommended.

Step into a world of regal hospitality at Ranthambore Regency! This stunning hotel courtyard features a beautiful pool, perfect for swimming and lounging around in the sun. In the evening, enjoy delicious chai and cookies while meeting new friends. The whole family will love staying here – there’s even wifi in the lobby only so you can really relax and get away from it all. Also, there is a small shop onsite with same day tailore made clothes!! Laundry service is same day and exceptional. Take a rest from the hustle of your journey like we did.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days in Dec'21 on anniversary. I have booked their Deluxe room but they have upgraded it to Cottage on their own for the occasion. The room was kept ready and clean before our arrival and we were warmly welcomed by their staff. The room was very beautiful, spacious, clean with all the toiletries and other basic requirements. I have travelled to so many places and stayed in all kinds of hotels and resorts but this is an exceptionally amazing place. All their staffs, be it at any level, are attentive and very helpful. Actually the main asset of this resort is their staff members. I have not heard the word ‘NO’ or ‘Will see’ or ‘Will try’ from anyone of them. Whatever you request, they will serve you from their heart. They are very pleasing and communicative which can make one feel comfortable. We reach little late but their kitchen staff was waiting for us to have lunch comfortably. Mr. Sanjay the restaurant Manager is like gem of a person. He made sure that we have our meal full stomach. And if you do not like anything or one wishes to eat something else apart from menu, he will serve you. When we were leaving for safari early morning, they were giving blankets to guests for jeep so that one don’t feel cool. They were taking care of their staff as their own family member. All the credit goes to the management of this property who have trained their staff in this manner. The resort is quite well maintained. Swimming pool is being cleaned on regular basis and continuous circulation of water. Sanitisers are kept at all main points. Inside resort they have small Rajasthan Handcraft shop which has good collection. One ting I realized that the management of this property is not money minded like other hotels. They believe in serving the customers. Will only say ‘BEST RESORT IN MY ENTIRE TRAVEL HISTORY’.

Where do I start with, This properties is exceptionally fantastic, be its location or the rooms or Swimming pool area everything is just perfectly maintained. Rooms are really good in size and facilities in the rooms. I am a travel consultant, travelled across India and overseas, on my perspective The Crown of this hotel is their staffs. I was there with a small group and before we reached there I made a request through our local partner to try and add some South Indian dishes. Before we reached the hotel Ms. Poonam from the front desk called up and assured that they have received the request and they will try their best to add some South India food. While we reached the hotel, Mr. Joseph the Front Desk Manager was their, keeping all the keys ready for immediate check in and since we were late to reach, our dinner was kept ready. Mr. Joseph accompanied us to the restaurant introduced us to the Chef Mr. Lokender and updated on our request. Mr. Lokender was really ready to try and get us what ever possible and he told us that he can make South Indian food for Breakfast and for Lunch & Dinner if we would give him some inputs he would try to do that as well. This is an amazing attitude by both Mr. Joseph and Mr. Lokender. They provided us wonderful South Indian dishes. Even if they were not able to make the food as per our choice, I would have been certainly happy for the willingness and attitude they showed towards a request. Not to forget all the other ground staffs at the Restaurant & other areas, they are always ready to assist us and looking forward for the customers needs and they are really communicative which makes you feel really comfortable. This is one exceptional place, I guess the credit should also go to the management who have trained their staffs very well and hopefully they are keeping them happy and comfortable which is shown by the staffs to their guest. Where every you stay, even at the most luxurious hotels, only their staffs make the difference. I have shared the picture of Mr. Joseph, unfortunately I couldn't clink one of Mr. Lokender. Thank you for the great experience, I would definitely send more customer to your place to experience the Real Hospitality.

We stayed in Hotel Ranthambhore Regency from 31 September for 3 nights. We were welcomed warmly with welcome drinks. The room was kept ready, clean and taken to our rooms in few minutes. Very clean, spacious and tidy rooms. Clean and spacious restroom with all the toiletries for 3. We did not have to keep calling for any service as tea, coffee, water, towels, soaps were all kept handy in the room, which we usually have to do when we check-in into a hotel. We reached beyond the lunch time around 3 pm but were served an array of items in huge quantities in 15 minutes. Food is excellent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in buffet, includes desserts and soups. Wide range of choice to suit all taste buds. First night, as were tired after the long journey, we requested for light dinner and it was promptly entertained and given garlic toast, soup and pasta as requested. The hotel is well maintained and decorated aesthetically with variety of photographs from the national park. We booked our canter from the hotel and it was arranged. everyone from the hotel attended to our needs and requests. They were polite, courteous. Sanitisers are kept at all main points. The surroundings are cleaned and maintained. The beautiful swimming pool is very well maintained. The pool is cleaned every day and water is continuously under circulation. The small curio shop has nice collections from where we got few souvenirs, a Rajasthani jacket and Ranthambore National Park T-shirts. It was lovely stay with them
