The hotel looks very old but was actually built in 2004. It looks massive from the road and our deluxe room was very large. The only drawbacks: there were crickets in our bathroom and the dining hall only served veg food in the buffet. It's a short drive to the entrance of the park which makes the location very good.
This place is super cute, it has a great colonial feel! The buildings are old and quaint so don't expect a super modern posh experience. The service was excellent and the food was good. We really enjoyed meeting people at the meals and at afternoon tea. The windows are a little thin because it's a really old structure, but the hotel was pretty quiet so it wasn't a problem.
